The Facebook study included a test to see if the subjects were Classifiable as DSM neurotic.
Given the internet has been an interactive media source for the last 25 years the recent story seems spun to appeal to the neurotic possibly even paranoid.
Most of us on ATS classify as insane anyways so we wouldn't be much use except maybe as a food source for aliens.

Just reading this thread almost 6 years after it was posted (was suggested to me by a fellow member during the ATS blackout of 2022).
