Leaked transcripts from a closed-door fundraiser reveal former president Bill Clinton privately agreeing with one of Republican nominee Donald Trump’s major campaign themes: the political system is rigged against working class Americans.

Clinton also appeared to tell the audience of Democratic donors that Hillary Clinton “deserves” to be elected president.

Clinton’s comments took place at an October 2015 private fundraiser for Hillary Clinton in Cheseapeake, Maryland.

The transcript of Clinton’s remarks were published by WikiLeaks alongside thousands of emails sent and received by Clinton campaign chair John Podesta.

n the speech, Clinton admitted that “there are lots of people in the Democratic Party and lots of working people all over the world who are sick and tired of working their heart out and never getting a pay raise.”

Clinton then conceded that, “to some extent,” the political system is rigged against the working class.

“And so they think the political system is rigged against them, which it is to some extent, and they think it doesn’t make any difference anyway, so they want to vote for whoever they think will raise the most hell,” he said.

“I want to vote for whoever I think will make the most difference, and that’s what you have to talk to people about. If the issue is who will make the most difference, it’s not a close question.”

Before admitting that the system is “rigged,” Bill appeared to say that Hillary Clinton “deserves” the White House and that voters shouldn’t “disappoint her” by voting for somebody else.

“Whether in office or out of office, she has consistently gotten the job done in an honorable way,” the transcript reads. “She deserves this (inaudible). And she will not disappoint you. But to get there, we have to not disappoint her.”

They held a closed door fundraiser in Chesapeake city Maryland? why the hell would they choose that place?
That`s just a tiny little out of the way town ( population of about 700 people) it isn``t close to anything .is there even an airport within 50 miles of that place?
is there a Bohemian grove type of place around there for the elites or something?
That is just so puzzling,why they went there.

Well if the amount of $ it takes to see our rules is what I think it is, those 700 people did not go to this. They were wealthy people looking for to pay to play.

yeah, that`s what I mean, the people who were invited to that closed door fundraiser certainly weren`t the local people.
The people who would be invited to a fundraiser like that certainly wouldn`t be living in a 2 bit town like that and getting there wasn`t a simple trip across town, there isn`t even a major highway near there.
It doesn`t make sense to hold a closed door fund raiser there,why would anyone even go to a fundraiser held there,unless there is something else around there that would entice them to make that trip.
