At this point, I'm thinking that she might try and fake her death. It's not a bad idea for her, actually. She gets to avoid being prosecuted and she can live her remaining days locked away in Lady Rothschild's mansion.

They always wanted a war. Better inside than outside,
because all the real warmongers can hide under national
security. It's the big prophylactic that protects the evil
ones from any moral recrimination. "Hey, we had to kill
