I'm seeing people on twitter saying they were released today also.
Here's one of the screenshots:
This could get messy.

Wow!
I did not know that the FBI had determined that none of the bullets found were fired from Vince Foster's gun.
How in the hell can that be ruled a suicide?!?

One of them, a close search by a team of 16 FBI lab technicians using metal detectors, turned up 12 modern-day bullets and assorted cartridges and shell casings--along with an assortment of Civil War-era ammunition and other objects--but lab tests showed none matched the pistol in Foster's hand.

Yeah...that's the crazy part. Nobody seems to have seen these before today and the date of release is missing.
Methinks the FBI is unloading!

Well...It's recently been disclosed that Comey went against Justice Recommendations to not release innuendo and wait for hard evidence before an election..Plus he donated money to both McCain and Romney...But I always thought he was a by-the-book sort despite his politics...might have to alter that view.
The declassified files were not released on Nov. 2, but they were posted several years before. According to an Archive.org record, the webpage pertaining to Foster’s investigation was first updated in May 2011.
Foster’s death has been the focus on a number of online theories—the primary being that Hillary and Bill Clinton ordered his murder.
On Twitter, users apparently thought the FBI’s Foster files were released on the morning of Nov. 2. The information was being passed around on Twitter, but it’s unclear exactly why.
