What fairness and justice that lately doesn't apply to people like us the elite thinks is exempt from justice specially when is influence by our own president. when it comes to the justice department.

Comey actions is getting all the dirty politicians with enough trash to be brought on charges to start wetting their pants, their so call protections are not so good after all, they are going into a panic mode, if their dirty secrets start coming out.

Is FOX getting more "Fair and Balanced" this year or are they just herding the unsuspecting Clinton Campaign into a comfort zone?

And I'm not convinced Comey published the letter in public did he?

I did my fair share of poopposting over the weekend about this. I thought that the failure to indict over the summer was corruption or at least a severe lack of testicular fortitude.

As delicious as the news was I do understand why Comey is facing criticism, even from certain generally right leaning folks. I don't however feel that pure politics is at play. It feels like there is something deeper going on. That's a hell of a big risk both for Comey the individual and the FBI as whole. If this turns out to be nothing and Trump wins a close election, the FBI will have been dealt a grievous blow in reputation that it might not recover from, their will still be Democrats in Congress, and there will be Dem Presidents again, memories can be long and payback hell. If Comey and the FBI have nothing they are far stupider than anyone ever thought.

There are already a myriad of theories floating around about what's going on behind the scenes. I'm inclined to believe there is something going on deeper than partisanship.

The Clinton's are untouchable. People are wishful thinking if they think Hillary will ever be indicted. The justice department is controlled and influenced by political back room deals. Ever wonder why Pelosi took impeachment investigations "off the table" against George W. Bush for misleading Congress about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, and how he violated the civil liberties of Americans by authorizing wiretaps without a warrant?

Hello...Political corruption in Washington, is nothing new! Politician's gain influence and power over those who apply justice.

There are numerous scandals of past presidents, senators and congressional representatives who have escaped the hands of justice. Just add the Clinton's to the many criminal scandals from the past...

Comey was not at fault in the indictment decision, the justice department takes the information given from Comey and then are supposed to make a decision, but we know that the Obama himself is the one that influence the attorney general no to indict, Comey can not do anything but to put the information out there of what he finds for the people to do their own judgment.

I have looked at the situation. I noted that Clinton was eager to campaign against the corruption of Bush 1 when he was against him.

Just remember, as you hang your head in defeat, Clinton likely would have won if only she wasn't ignoring the rules for so long. It was hers to lose. Trump is a terrible candidate under normal circumstances. Her corruption has finally reaped rewards.

I saw on the news today that Comey said he wouldn't give details on what he had, or even what the charges are.

That doesn't look good. To do something like this 11 days before an election goes against FBI policy. If he's going to go against policy like this, in the interests of being transparent he owes everyone an explanation of what he's doing and why. His current approach isn't doing the FBI any favors, and I know that personally I might vote for Hillary just out of spite for this.

Either, like I said, this was a deliberate sinister act or his ego won’t let him admit to such an error.

Like a criminal he’s not going to back out of it and go national and either apologize and admit his egregious mistake or clean it up

If James Comey didn't break the law in July, or this past Friday, why does it matter what any group of people think about his actions at any given time? (Billy loved him in July. Susan hated him in July. / October 28th, they swap places, LOL.)

No. It's because the FBI does not, and can not have the power to influence national elections. Put your dislike of Hillary aside for a moment. What happens when in the next election, if the FBI director disapproves of the front runner they publicly announce they're investigating the candidate for child pornography, regardless of the legitimacy of the charge?

There's reasons the FBI can't pull these types of stunts within 60 days of an election, without a damn good reason. And Comey's reason so far is a secret, because he said he's not going to give one.

The majority of people think Trump is just as or more corrupt.

You haven't spoken with the majority of people. All you know is what you've been sold.
I think Trump has a big ego, and overexagerates things when he gets excited,causing him to say things he doesn't necessarily believe. I also think we need a modern day George Washington to set things right. But I also know better than to speak for the "majority" of people.
Hell, I bet half the people I think are agreeing with me are just smiling and nodding so I'll shut up faster. But at least I'm smart enough to consider that possibility

Any negative commentary from anyone associated with the Bushes is to be expected as the Bushes are all in for Clinton.

Jeanine Pirro and Andrew Napolitano smell a rat, and they are pointing not just to the problem of this letter; they also condemned Comey for his findings statement before Congress. Comey lays out an indictment and then concludes with the non sequituur "no foul" there was no "intent" to commit a crime ... which has nothing to do with any of the US statutes in question.

So I haven't followed this basically at all, but the little I do know is Comey said they re-opened the investigation due to newly found evidence. If that is the case why is this an issue?

You think his boss Loretta Lynch knows the reason(s)? She strongly objected, but gave in and let him tell the world that the criminal investigation of Hillary is back on again. Must be something very VERY serious.
