A theory - Weiner, Huma, Clinton, unsecured email, wikileaks and an indictment...

So a journalist by the name of H. A. Goodman laid out his theory of what has happened that prompted the FBI to reopen the investigation.

Anthony Weiner - Huma
As we all know he was caught sending inappropriate images / text messages to a 15 year old girl. During the FBI investigation of Weiner they seized a laptop he was using to communicate with her. It was discovered that he also had messaged between 20 and 100 other women using the lap top. When the FBI began going through the laptop they found the laptop actually belonged to Huma and that this laptop was also used by her to send / receive classified info from the Clinton server.

The laptop and her home network were unsecured. it also contained classified information / SAP information. This was never disclosed to the FBI during the Clinton investigation by Huma.

Wikileaks - Huma / Mills
The 1-21 email dumps exposed communications by Clinton aides (Huma / Mills / Blumenthal / Podesta) that they knew of the existence of Clinton's server, they discussed the server, had technical issues with the server, all the while telling the FBI they did not know about the private server.

Using media reports going back to 2015 he walks you through the connections between everyone involved that has been confirmed by wikileaks.

The one element Comey said was missing to prosecute Clinton was "intent". Taking all the info into account, including the new Weiner info and wikileaks 21 and info Judicial watch received from 2015, intent can be clearly established.

* - They knew of the private server.
* - They sent / received classified / SAP information over the server.
* - They lied to the FBI when they claimed they did not know about the server.
* - They took steps to hide the existence of the server.
* - They took steps to delete information from the server that would implicate all involved in several federal crimes.
* - Podesta was warned several times his email account was being hacked and to change his email password.
* - Blumenthals account was hacked.
* - They knew they were not suppose to be using her server for what they were doing.

Ironically Weiners pickle placed everyone else in a pickle.

If his theory is accurate then an investigation wont be needed since the FBI already did that. If the new info shows the intent, it means those involved lied to the FBI, nullifying their immunity agreements. It means they could go for immediate indictments.

Assuming of course his theory is accurate.

As a router user i'm more concerned by a high profile politicians aide much less the former Secretary of state's aide using an unsecured connection at home. Just take it out of the box and install. Crazy. Good thing these new routers come secured for our National Security's sake.

It certainly looks that way, since the device would atleast had to date back to 2013 . or a newer device and they were discussing what too do about Server/Email scandal. you would think Huma would know there are ways to acquire that which has been deleted, mayby not

If I understand correctly that this device and information was "found" during the investigation into Weiner's sexually deviant behavior, is it possible that Weiner turned it all over to the Feds in exchange for immunity in his own criminal investigation? Is that possible? Would the Feds consider it more important to charge and prosecute HRC for her crimes than Weiner for his crimes? Or do the Feds only grant immunity to those involved directly in that case?

I dont think he could get immunity for something like that. The computer was one he and his wife both used but it apparently was Huma's.

I am taking away from this the FBI investigating weiner took the laptop since he used it to scam on children and during their investigation they came across the information concerning the Clinton investigation.

Immunity is generally offered for a person who has information that is needed to continue moving up the food chain of criminal behavior, I would guess he didnt know about the emails concerning Huma.

Its possible however the one flaw in the info is going to war to prevent criminal charges. The President can pardon anyone involved, including himself, before anyone is ever charged.

That would end a prosecution however the backlash would be detrimental to Obama / Clinton from the American people.

Now if you think really sleazy and suppose Huma was Hillarys lover. Suppose years later it was suggested to her to take a Husband so she could work closer with Hilary and not look gay, to take a husband who had a weakness that they could use to keep him inline just as Hillary did.

Hillary and Huma may know things about their husbands beyond anything that has come out, and they stick with their Men for the very reason they married.

And/or Hillary wanted to continue her own career eventually through Huma whose husband ran for Mayor of NYC in 2013 and could have eventually worked up to President the same as the Clintons did but under Clinton (Hillary) control.
