Isn't it pretty much an open secret in Britain all the higher ups are in on the deal?

It starts in the prep schools and continues on up in to parliament.

I recall many instances being swept under the rug and one whatever you guys call judges said that the reason it isn't pursued is because it's so pervasive and if they did start prosecuting people for it it would eventually take down everyone and the government would collapse so they look the other way.

It's also quite telling that this is the go to smear (pedophilia) used when a whistle blower reveals goings on behind the curtain or when an investigator gets too close to those in power.

Yep, I do believe the high society in the UK is deeply involved in some sick activity that has been covered up for hundreds of years. It has only ever bubbled up to just below the surface though, probably most notably with Prince Andrew's close ties to Epstein and the Royal families ties to Jimmy Saville.

I saw that and I think it is a mistake on their part and plays into Trump's hands. CNN are yet to accept that their place in the world is now set for the foreseeable future as the Clinton News Network. For their aim of a Clinton presidency they would be better off admitting they are not a proper news outlet and just hammering home a narrative that despite Clinton being a corrupt liar she is still favourable to Trump. At least then their information would be consumed honestly.

Given the seeming harassment by FBI to a potential witness in the Vince Foster case, how can the people trust the FBI.

Is there a rift in the FBI with it split in two directions? (possibly shown by Clinton case and reopen)
Are they working based on their best guess of what future politics will do and positioning the agency?

Obama didn't really condemn the FBI.

Actually he said "we don't operate on incomplete information". That could very well mean that he knows the FBI have "complete" information and took their decision based on it.

The way things are going, if Obama issues a gag order on any damning evidence on Hillary, there will be leaks and calls for retribution from within intel agencies, especially if it involves child sex. Don't expect this to be covered up. Evidence will be leaked for sure.

Comey has tipped his hand that whatever they have is damning and will affect Hillary, even if she wins. The country may call for her to be prosecuted no matter what Obama wants.

The reports are that there were several laptops in the Clinton Foundation
Investigation that should have been subpoenaed. The FBI blocked this,
with backing from the DOJ.

The two culprits are McCabe, and Kadzik. Full on with support
from Obama yes. the gag order is from the FBI, same as it was
during Clintons email investigation.

Who would bet against Comey who holds all the cards vs Hillary the criminal? After Comey takes Hillary apart the country will be calling for her head on a pike. You know,,, you guys said the EXACT same thing about Fox news every time they did a story about the email scandal...

Nothing for a year except FOX news isn't a legitimate source..anonymous person says this or that... no proof . blah blah blah...

Then comes the FBI report and guess what? 90% + of everything FOX said in the year prior about Clintons emails turned out to be true.

Don't be so hasty to dismiss anonymous sources..... those same anonymous sources led us to where we are today.

Director Comey is still in place and has given absolutely no further context for his extraordinary comments to Congress.

So, like many times in the past, on this point, I was mistaken.

I disagree on things with you at times, but you are always fair and pursue things logically in my opinion - kudos for admitting a mistake, but in your defense it seems this whole last week leading up to the election feels like it is getting exponentially harder to sift through the amount of weird happenings on both sides.

Something feels off - I don't remember previous elections having this much controversy involved (aside from the occasional 'birth certificate' story or whatever)...

I am also hearing from relatives that things in and around the beltway are pretty heated right now.

He cant disclose evidence from an investigation. He would not have reopened the case if nothing was there. They know what emails contain since the NYPD informed the NY FBI, who in turn had access to it for 3 weeks before notifying FBI HQ.

None of this means or implies, except by innuendo or conjecture, that there is anything contained in the emails that rises to the level of an indictable offense.

I believe that since all hands are on deck regarding these emails, and that we're looking at something like 10,000 of them, that we'll hear before the election as to whether or not Clinton is in the clear.

It would be rather ironic if this were the case.

Then it would be the Trump supporters and Trump himself who would be left howling at the moon and shaking their fists at the sky.

That too is still a possible outcome, if not probable.

A race will be on even as we speak to set the record straight regarding this latest batch of emails prior to the election.

Comey for his part, in playing the tape all the way through might even have imagined the future conversation he would have with President Clinton, who might secretly thank him for not sitting on it and then springing it on the public the very moment she was elected.

But given the level of speculative conjecture involved and the complete absence of any information, it runs so contrary to procedural norms and tradition that it's almost fair to assume that there must be something there, but that's still an assumption.

The onus is therefore on the FBI and Justice Department to resolve this ASAP and preferably before next Tuesday.

Maybe Friday.. we'll know.

But oh the howls of the Trump fans if there's nothing to it! Can you imagine?

This thread could then serve as future material both for comedic purposes and to show the level of bias and projection involved in offering up all these prognostications in the absence of all information.

If they don't come forth with anything prior to election day, then the FBI and Justice Department has done a grave disservice to the cause of democracy, if in the end there is nothing upon which to indict her.

If she does get indicted, then I'm wrong, and you win.

If she does not, then hark! can you hear the howling and the disappointment and embarrassment of the Trump campaign and his supporters.

You'd better hope against hope that there is something there and that she will be indicted, but I say that it's probably the most unlikely outcome.
