Sites like factcheck and snopes are arbiters of nothing. They are proven to be about as reliable as CNN or the Onion.

I believe the Federalist is correct. The CF only gives a small percentage to charities because the CF is a "boots-on-the-ground" operation.

Instead of giving other charities money to go out and do the work, they do it themselves.

That is correct - so claims of the exact percentage that goes to real charitable work is not possible.
This arrangement does make it very easy to hide cash in operational expenses, however.

EDIT to address your EDIT : Factcheck has no basis for making that claim. It's ok to believe it's 90%. I can't prove your belief wrong. But I could just as easily say I believe it is more like 10-15%.

The exact same thing The Arkansas Development Finance Authority did when Bill was governor - money laundering.

Yes (among other things). Clinton had classified Special Access Program info on the unsecured server. SAP shows methods of gathering intel / names of people gathering the intel. Also an Iranian who provided info to the US over the nuke program was recently executed and thats linked to Clinton emails talking about his assistance that were exposed.

Yup.. that was done after she made a donation to the Clintons and was signed just before bill left office. They did the same thing to a group of Puerto Rican independence members who were responsible for bombings that killed civilians in New York. They were found guilty and sent to prison. They got pardons and Hillary got their support (along with everyone linked to the group) when she ran for the Senate.

Yes, and things that are mentioned in the last 2 pages of this thread are just the tip of the iceberg.
The Clintons have been selling their services for years at the expense of the American people.

The corruption that the Clintons have been getting away with for so long is on a scale beyond anything most people realize. This is why I can not see how anyone can still support her.

I think the FBI knows better than anyone, as they have been investigating them for years, and have been getting shut down every time they try to bring them to justice. I imagine the ones who know are freaking out at the thought of another Clinton presidency.

The ironic part is Rudy Giulanni is the one who prosecuted / secured a conviction. More than 50 counts. US Attorney Mary Jo White denied a request by Rich's lawyers for a deal. She denied the request and Clinton then got involved.

Wanna guess who in the DOJ overrode White?
