An interesting email has surfaced from the many that were leaked by Wikileaks related to John Podesta. This particular email was forwarded by John Podesta to Jennifer Palmieri after he had received if from Tom deLonge.

The thing that struck me about the email was what appears to be Tom deLonge speaking about his agenda, which is none other than "changing the cynical views of youth towards government."

Is that the agenda Tom? Isn't it about the oofo's???

I converted the email into an rtf document, and then the rtf into a jpg file. I have only incorporated the main body of text, as the header and the ending contain the email addresses themselves, and I am uncertain about whether such details are permissible.

Anyway, the actual link to the email is on wikileaks, and we know that we can not share wikileaks on ATS, however I believe that simply placing the reference address is fine, so it is: /podesta-emails/emailid/33552

If you simply go to wikileaks DOT org and add this you can see for yourself.

What do you guys think? And what's going on Tom?

Curious, what's the deal with linking Wikileaks here? I like this one from astronaut Edgar Mitchell to Podesta:

Dear John,

Now that you are no longer serving in the White House, I write to you and Eryn requesting our face to face meeting to discuss zero point energy and Disclosure.

Our Quantrek science intuitive has provided us with a few facts about our nonviolent contiguous universe ETI who promote PACIFISM among humans and with whom we work:

1. All true ETI do not inhabit this universe.

2. So-called ETIs inhabit this universe and are in fact just celestials. They are higher in rank then discarnate spirits, even those who are evolved, HOWEVER, THEY JUST MIRROR VIOLENCE ON EARTH, FEELING THREATENED BY CONTAMINATION OF THEIR ABODE.

3. Extrauinversal ETIs on the other hand have long ago evolved past violence, relying on spiritual intelligence to avert destruction.

4. The Phoenix Lights and other sightings have provided ample evidence that Earth has been visited by beings whose intention is purely peace and who have nonviolently hovered over Phoenix and other sites, waiting to be asked to help, when they could most easily have destroyed the city with their uses of consciousness. These sightings have been witnessed by thousands of people in Phoenix alone, including my colleague Terri Mansfield, who will accompany me on our meeting with you.

Please let me now three dates and times that would work for your schedule.

Best regards,

Edgar

Edgar D. Mitchell, ScD

Chief Science Officer & Founder, Quantrek

Tom Delong... You might read this... what a #ing washout. This is fail beyond belief.

So you want the youth to have more faith in a government that is obviously full of crap and corruption and this based solely on their view on ufos? I'm sorry but that's more than stupid.

Not linking wikileaks directly is not allowed on ATS because...reasons.

The Ed Mitchell emails just come off as all kinds of far out craziness though. I mean I completely respect the man for what he has done but...it just seems all so hokey pokey to me. If there really were evidence as he claims then it should be presented and peer reviewed.

Our Quantrek science intuitive has provided us with a few facts about our nonviolent contiguous universe ETI who promote PACIFISM among humans and with whom we work:

Maybe Ed is being used, because I have to admit, considering these ETI are promoting pacifism, we certainly are more in the mood for war than any time in the last 70 years.

It has to be asked though, what "business" is he doing?

He's doing sekret machines business , he's building his brand and the inclusion of big hitters like Podesta attached to that brand enhances it , those who want to believe it's real will lap it up , the book ,film ,TV series or whatever.

Given John Podesta's proclivity for the "alien" (whether he actually is interested in the subject or sees it as a way to get the "fringe" vote is unclear to me) I get the fact that he is the "go to guy" in DC. What I don't get is deLonge's sycophancy and have to wonder if his agenda is purely market driven.

It almost seems as if he is saying: Look, I have this influence on this certain sector, I am at your disposal...

IMO, here is what is happening. you guys are jumping to conclusions by not having any context and taking this at face value. I've been into this a very long time, and with that perspective I see some repeating patterns. To the point of the op, this is the same old same old--with a new generation of players. We've seen the same exact thing over the last 70 years with people like George Adamski, David Fry, Billy Meier, William Moore, and Steven Greer. It's the same story: A privileged individual is given the keys to open a few doors about what "really is happening."

Tom DeLonge believes (and that's all it takes) he has been given these keys, and he's running with it, as his handlers knew he would. Tom sees this whole "Sekret Machines" schtick as a "franchise." That's how he talks about it. when he says "franchise" he's talking in George Lucas Star Wars terms with movie tie-ins, merchandise, graphic novels, coffee cups, t-shirts, and back packs. That's his vision for this. He sees opportunity to make this thing BIG.

Now, he's been writing to Podesta and who knows who else, but he and we know Podesta has an interest in UFOs. So Podesta is seen by Tom as an "in" for what he perceives as the new administration and he is offering himself as a legitimate representative of his generation. His statement to Podesta is one of POSITIONING HIMSELF as a natural go-between for these issues--especially with "young people." It has nothing really to do with young people being disenfranchised and cynical and everything to do with Tom DeLonge taking an important position vis-a-vis "Disclosure." If DeLonge pulls this off it won't be Stephen Bassett of the Paradigm Research Group or Steven Greer, who "once had dinner with the head of the CIA" whose name is forever associated with "Disclosure." The name everyone will remember is Tom DeLonge.

THAT'S what is happening here. DeLonge is attempting to position himself to take major advantage of what he now thinks is reality, and which also includes a major Star-Wars-sized "franchise" that has the potential of turning him from a mere multi-millionaire into something much larger. Of course, he may also be a dupe and or delusional, but he may not know that yet.

I don't think I am jumping to any concrete conclusions, although I must admit to being somewhat intrigued as to the actual aim of deLonge (apart from the monies of course).

I agree that it would be a wonderful position for deLonge to be in, an insider with all that information from the "go to guy" in DC in a Clinton government but...

Podesta only seems to say he wants to know, he hasn't actually presented anything, ever. Sure he has said a few times that he wishes he had been able to get more on the UFO subject but the fact is that he has not, or at least acts as if he hasn't.

So then, why would deLonge, a self proclaimed "insider" with all these other "in the know guys" even need Podesta, given Podesta's stated track record of getting absolutely nowhere on the subject?

That's a good question and the answer is that all his secret guys don't want the limelight contrasted with every Administration so far, which has failed to do anything about UFOs, but would definitely want to be in on the action, if not wrest control of it from the insiders completely. Administrations are by their very nature temporary help. I suspect DeLonge's game plan is to ingratiate himself with the next administration to assure he has an important role to play when (he believes) it will all go down. he thinks he's in a unique position to take advantage of all this. It's all part of tasting fame and putting more good points on your resume. Anything he can do to 'promote the franchise' is a good thing.

The idea is make those in the administration, when they think "UFO" to automatically think "Tom DeLonge" in the next breath. He's attempting to condition them to do just that instead of think Stephen Bassett or Steven Greer. DeLonge is better positioned than either one of the other two, and he's less "nutty" so a better partner. And he's well-known to his generation.

As far as I can tell, we've already been given disclosure in various forms throughout the ages. Talk of God's, demon's, Angel's and even Saytr's are all par for the course.

Interestingly enough, it was my search to explain why people believed in God that drove my interest into ufology only to see myself come full circle. Not say that I follow any given religion, rather I see a direct correlation between the two.

If anything, it seems are government is trying to understand and reverse engineer "God" because it's also entirely possible that the woo woo, God, UFO's are in fact one of the same and completely reverse engineerable (my word)

Whatever it is, it's always been here and it (they) choose to be elusive or we are simply unable to comprehend. That being said, what our government knows about this is likely compartmentalized where those who know, know and not through any official capacity to know but has full access to government toys allowing them to know and they're not sharing.

Tom DeLonge is a child minded opportunist.

Nothing but a gov freemason child, using his fathers friendships to continue feeling important as the "was blink182 really even good" videos flood onto the tube in the next decade.

His entire "painting the secret keepers and history changers as heros" angle is him showing his weakness to said "heros" of his. So these "contacts" will keep giving him "info" in between eye rolling sessions.

Sadly, this guy thinks hearing the same crap from a gov employee, that we hear from REAL researchers, somehow holds more weight coming from certified freemason lips.

Conspiracy Theory is a money making trend. Trust me, I am plagiarized at every turn. I have entire online cults built up around stolen concepts of "fictional" stories. Its the only reason these sites exist. Gatekeeping. Banana ripening. And "writers block".

Aint no freemason have a clue what hes talking about. All they can do is spread the embrace of Saturns death signal. Infected mentally by it. I know these signals well. Its all I specialize in. For the rest of you, assuming life is a struggle to find stillness, looking to your gravity anchor for the answer, We arent here for you cell-centered nuke lovers.

Even that grand architect tape deck in the sky, they all worship as the most high vocal recording, lol, a mentally ill, soulless house of mirrors director entity who has very twisted ideas about hermetic "preservation" of the dynamic galaxy.

Tom is a wannabe shill. They let him play along, since they understand his audience = retro-pop music fans too young to vote. (teenage pregnancy victims emulating their faux rebellious parents)

I really doubt his audience is too young to vote, or is today's youth (relatively speaking) Blink started in 1992, 24 years ago. Even fans who didn't start listening to them later as teens, say early 2000's, would be late 20's into their 30's. Tom himself is 40.

And I'd wager the majority of Blink/Delonge fans have been fans for at least a decade or 2

Oh it sure was, the plot of his novel catered for SJW's, everyone with blue eyes or blonde hair was a Nazi, outraged Jewish boy slays an entire Panzer division in his righteous indignation, self hating liberal inherits Daddy's fortune and makes the world a happy place for all, feisty black lady out runs/fights/smarts agents of the crypto-Fascist conspiracy, all American hero joins them in their struggle to elect Hilary, ooops, counter the alien menace.

I imagine you may be right, but something about this email bugs me a lot. Here is the first part of the email, it is the part with the email addresses, which I blanked out. There is no gap between the part just posted and the part in the OP, I probably should have posted it as well at the time.

This just smacks of collusion to me, and not like deLonge is jostling for a position. It rather seems as if a position has already been arrived at, right? Why put ambiguous photos on social media after interviewing John Podesta and getting all his "followers" interested in the John Podesta link if not to somehow get these "followers" interested in John Podesta, and by extension the Hillary Clinton campaign?

Talking about trust and such, it just stinks to me.

UFO lore is replete with links to Nazi Germany, from Die Glock to operation paperclip to Admiral Byrd's Antarctic expedition.
Given that the modern era began really in '47 (if we disregard the foo fighters) in the same place that prominent Nazis were working for the AEC and other agencies, it is no surprise that the story so focuses on the idea.

But of course, no hero can be bigoted or biased or simply human, if we want to somehow relate to them as heroes, right?

I understand your feelings but I don't see how simply "not trusting" someone gets us anywhere really. What do we do, not trust them and just walk away? Ignore everything because of a gut instinct? Or check out what we can and see where the chips fall?
