If it's a Judicial Watch release, then wouldn't the same material be available on their web site? Legally?

Maybe it's a false release...or a gag.

So far, all of the file names are found at the foia.state.gov website from February.

Nothing new that I have come across yet.

Something is fishy about this release, the timing of this release, And the way this release was released. Anyone else? Possible subterfuge, or false flag?

Maybe that was their conversion date to Portable Document Format?

That was my thought as well. When converted they all revert back to the date of conversion. I don't think a date search on these will do much. Will search them myself in a bit to see.

It would all depend on what the material is I suppose.

I just searched a dozen of these filenames randomly and they ALL came up at the foia.state.gov site.

This is a nothing.

Too good to be true, I guess.

File C05739611 in "RELEASE#1" talks about a "Libya mystery visitor".

Aren't these un-redacted?

nope, not that I've seen. Every one I've opened is the exat same one that is posted at the .gov site and at wikileaks, I have yet to see anything unredacted in the download that's not also unredacted at either of the two mentioned sites.
