If they do then they they are illegally keeping them from FOIA requests. Could be Dotcom is able to prove they had them all along and already accessed them himself.

Right, which would not be surprising because by all of the
reveal from The Podesta emails, we know that there has
been collusion with the DOJ, and appearance of collusion
with someone in the FBI.

I do hope that if someone has them, they just get the
show on the road, it is approaching d day.

Hate to see them come out after the election....unless

I think the plan they are using is working well. Republicans typically get out to vote early whereas Democrats usually wait until later so it is likely helping the GOP at this point with the stuff that has come out.

The slow drip is what is killing HRC's team at this point....it is giving people enough time to actually research these things and for it to get into the news and gain interest.

I think the NSA has been saying that they have the missing emails for a while now. They need someone to ask them for them though, they can't just volunteer them. And the person requesting them has to be someone like... Congress... yes they could certainly make such a request.

Maybe this Mike Rogers person is itching for someone to ask.

I can see the intelligence community being the ones responsible for the leaks considering the fact that they are held to such high standards and we have had many inside intelligence sources come forward as whistel blowers.

Maybe they don't like how their buddies have been getting treated?
