Well, It's the weekend! ...and Chrissie has to work today, so I have the boys to myself all day!
Who knows what we'll get up to.... you'll probably see it on the news...

I'm gigging tonight with BlonnaHooley down at my pals pub in Ayrshire too, so it's going to be a busy one for me.

Most of the snow has gone now and we're left with grey skies and showers but at least it's not quite as cold.

I shall try and check in later to see how everyone's doing... first job of the day... Home-Made Waffles!!!

I've had a hell of a stressful day today, I'm currently in the midst of imbibing various beverages that the cheeky pixies may or may not be offering, they're such bad influences you know. I'm kind of disappointed that all the threads are Political and I have nothing to say on such matters because tonight would be great for being overly opinionated in a few threads.

Alas! Instead I've been on Pinterest, just looking at nice calming relaxing de-stressing!!! photos that I wish I could open my door and escape riiiight into, and thought I'd share these with the Shed

Beautiful images Kaelci. I am listening to BBC speaking of Multiverses but I think I am perfectly content exploring the grandeur of our little home.
All though it is fascinating that there could be parallel place where I also am. Hmmmm

I find it wonderful that The Shed isn't on high speed, the posts have more meat on them and people are paying attention to each other.

What a lovely piece of prose to wake up to, I am especially fond of this line. A lovely imagery of the Shed.

Seems rather empty in here sometimes and so I was inspired to write that.

I find the quiet tranquil, like taking a stroll in the woods, instead of rushing down a busy street bombarded with noise.
It gives me time to contemplate every little being on my path.

As some of you will already know, Tom (Errollorre) and I have been working on our next collaborative song!
And YES! It's a Shed Christmas Song! YAY!!

BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!

The song will have "The Shed Christmas" as it's theme, and...

We'd love it if YOU (The Shedfolks) could provide some of the images and video clips that we will use in the music video!!

It doesn't have to be complicated or clever!!
A simple photo of you looking Christmassy would do!
If you can manage a wave or silly dance in a short video clip - Even Better!!
You can include family, friends, pets, your home... anything you want really.
Think "Tinsel & Santa Hats" or "Fairy Lights".
Shout "Merry Christmas" even?
So long as it looks Christmassy, but please remember to keep each clip short. (2 or 3 seconds of video will do!)
You are welcome to send as many photos and short video clips as you like and we'll try and include as many as we can.

You can either send the photos and short video clips directly to my email address (which I can PM to you if you don't already have it) OR you can upload your photos and short video clips to a site of your choice and send me the links in PM or Email.
Most of these sites now have a privacy option where NO ONE else can see your images without the specific link, so remember to check the privacy setting when you upload your images.

You won't be identified personally in our music video (we won't be putting names to faces) so you can be as silly and outrageous as you want (within ATS T&C's!!! LOL)

We have already started work on the song, and I'd like to start work on the video ASAP, but we understand that it could take a few days for everyone to see this notice and then organise the photos and/or video clips so...

I wanted to bump up the announcement Gordi made earlier.
The season will be upon us soon.
The song is just about done.
The video is next.
We would like to have Sheddizens participate and make an appearance.
Send a still picture or video as Gordi asked above.
Wear a Santa beard if you are shy. Or a costume. A mask. Hire somebody to pretend they are you.
Anything.
Just come on and join in on the holiday fun.
You don't have to say who you are.
Or you could.
Everyone loves seeing Shed members.
Either way join the party.
Please..don't regret it later if it's only four minutes of me. lol
I'm kidding.
But we would love to have everyone join in the fun.

Kaelci, Sorry you had a stressful day! I absolutely LOVE the images you left for us!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!! I guess I was getting a little concerned because the shed was down to a slow crawl. There is slow, then there is slooooow. I hope your pixie drinks made you giggle and that you're feeling much better now.

Ah WIS, multiverses, yes, fascinating indeed! I wonder if there is a real life shedland in one of them. Now that would be cool! It's not the slow pace that worried me, it's when I see it crawling like it's dying or something that concerns me. I guess it triggers something in me, like when the shed almost died many sheds ago. Had Syx and I gave up back then, we wouldn't have a shed today. I promise to never give up on the shed and my beautiful family here. The shed will stand!

Nah, I have my Christmas tree up already, and my son and I have fluffy Santa hats; we'll definitely make an appearance just photos okay? Doesn't have to be a video? Could try that too, but, we'll see!! Can just be a silly little webcam vid or something, haha.

Multiverses are what first brought me to ATS many moons ago, causing me to become a dedicated lurker. I don't even remember why I was reading about such things, but I spent a full month or so obsessed with Multiverses, all of my searches led to ATS, where naturally I found a million other things to read about
