I am going insane. I thought the panic attacks were bad. The nicotine fits really make it worse. My insomnia has gotten horrible.

I hope you don't mind...I made you a picture. I have a picture app call "Photo Lab" (it's what I make all the cartoons with) and today it loaded a polar bear Christmas background. When I saw it I thought of YOU immediately!!!!
