In light of the access hollywood video of donald trump bragging about sexually assaulting women. and the number of women coming forward each day after the 2nd debate where he said he never acted on those statement. Its interesting to find something that is not reported on but actually coming up very soon.

Donald Trump will answer to accusations that donald trump and fellow billionaire convicted pedophile jeffrey epstein, raped a 13 year old at a party.

Donald Trump will be in court Dec 16 2016 to answers these accusations under oath.

Again they waited 20+ Years to come forward now? All of a sudden it is urgent their voices be heard? Or is it because Trump is running for office at this very moment.

If it was so important they should've come forward as soon as it happened, they made a conscience decision not to. No excuses or pity. As for the porn star, they are treated less than equal simply because there are so many countless stories of different porn stars who make up random allegations about sexual assault and very few are given credit when the evidence was true. Sorry I will take the porn star's allegations with a grain of salt.

I agree. They probably didn't come forward in the first place because they were either threatened or they thought nobody would believe them or both. Now that a person they probably view as a monster is running they're probably coming forward in hopes of keeping him from being elected.

Nobody ever said they should be dismissed. I am very happy to see this going to court. If any of this is true then I will gladly admit I am wrong. It is the reason why we have due process in the justice system right?

If they are wrong and have no evidence it will prove my point even further. Point being, no one even knows who these people are or where they come from and they came out randomly to have a court date to protest their evidence to the jury.

I look forward to watching to see how this unfolds. If you are a woman and this sort of thing happens to you, no matter how embarrasing it may be you MUST come forward to make sure you put the perp who did it to you is behind bars.

A year or more of embarrasment and shame and counseling for a horrible sexual assault and the person is behind bars or wait 20 to 30 years and see if anyone will take you seriously.

This is a preliminary court date nothing happens other than the judge deciding if he wants to hear thr case and if so setting up thr rules so to speak. Most cases never get out of this stage on civil court. Just because you drag someone to court to sue them doesn't mean the judge will hear the case. Trump isn't required to do anything in fact he doesn't even have to testify if he chooses not to. It will be there job to prove this actually occured. But I do su spect a counter suit from Trumps attorney. Especially since she claimed the first 3 times Trump had her permission. But the last time they met he raped her I read the brief and we'll it's incredibly vague and stupid. She was unable to give dates these supposedly occured I think this was do to her first filing where she claimed trump attended a party. Unfortunately for her Trump wasn't there he was on Vegas. This blew apart her first attempt. The second time she withdrew again for lack of evidence. And thr third time they have witnesses though none can agree on thr dates this supposedly happened.

So from a legal standpoint thus case will go no where unless they can place him at the scene. Trump claims he only went to one of his fundraisers. He didn't go to the private island like Bill Clinton. So I'd have to say the Jane is unlikely to prove her case without physical evidence placing him at a private party.

It's an interesting case this one. This woman has tried to sue Trump and Epstein a couple of times before but failed.

It was thrown out by U.S. Magistrate Judge Karen Stevenson in May due to Johnson “failing to state a civil rights claim” in the suit. At this time, she was representing herself and claimed to have only $276 to her name and no job.

June 20, 2016 — Johnson refiled in Manhattan federal court with the help of attorney Thomas Meagher, who reached out to her after hearing about her initial filing. She changed her name to “Jane Doe” in the lawsuit, which asks for $75,000 plus attorney fees, rather than $100 million.

September 16, 2016 — Johnson drops her lawsuit, before refiling a few weeks later with Meagher and another attorney, Cheney Mason, to include three affidavits instead of two. Statements from Johnson (Doe), an eyewitness named “Tiffany Doe,” and “Joan Doe,” a schoolmate of Johnson's in 1994, were added to the filing.

The fact that she was broke and unemployed on the first attempt raises enough suspicions. She probably thought she'd hit the jackpot over something that allegedly happened over 20 years ago. She then went from asking $100M to asking $75K. This all sounds a bit desperate.

I wish her good luck on December 16 'cause she will need it.

Edit: I wonder why that lawyer that's representing the 11 women didn't take this case? Is it because the girl wasn't the 'Trump Type' back in 94?

Yep...its a real case...been in the news since it occured(proven or not)...about this guy who owns an island where Clinton, Trump and others had occasion to "interact" with the "younger" generation who worked on it.
