Hillary Clinton CTR (Correct the Record) Digital Disruption Strategy final weeks exposed?

So this is making the rounds on Twitter and it appears to have a lot of the content we are seeing online right now already laid out from the beginning of this month. It also appears it correctly captures the feel of each particular medium it is talking about....even appears to apply to a lot of threads here. I am unsure if there is any way to actually validate this document, but apparently CTR is mum on it. Would love to see if anyone can find this anywhere else and if it can be validated. There are some posters on ATS that seem to have taken a page directly from this in their posts....

The thing about CTR is they are changing NO ONES mind, They're easy to spot, Like that silly poster on here, All they achieve is to evoke a sense of disgust towards themselves. A waste of effort if you ask me....

People will still blindly support the corruption, lies and poli-ticks because of all the idiocracy surrounding her campaign is just normal to them.

The truth is right in front of HRC supporters faces and they deny it.
They deny it's existence, even refuting the sources or rebutting the claims.

Trump is not that great, but he is a better choice over this type of control tactics and impairment of the public knowledge.

In regard to CTR it is some type of PAC and that is what they do. I would assume there is a pro Trump PAC that does the same thing.

Hmmm....I seem to recall pondering it it was validated in the OP so yep...critical thinking has occurred...

Does every lefty just auto-dismiss anything that looks bad for them? Or did you actually do 10 seconds of research and find it was not valid somewhere? If so, please link. Critical thinking applies to both sides.

I don't think this "memo" is legit...so many keywords that Trump supporters use when trying to describe the opposition.
