Yet the original story about the bear attack, which was published in Russia’s Komsomolskaya Pravda, said nothing about a Bieber ringtone. Instead, it reported that the man’s phone had a setting that caused it to speak the current time. That’s what actually scared off the bear.

Komsomolskaya Pravda published its story about Igor Vorozhbitsyn, the Russian man who survived the bear attack, on 31 July. Five days later, the story appeared on the Austrian Times, a website run by CEN’s owner and co-founder, Michael Leidig, with a photo of the fisherman (properly credited to KP) and the new detail about Justin Bieber.

exactly what are you saying is fake? the rape of the 10yo boy? it was reported in local german news last year and is widely accepted as being factual.


aside from that, its well known in germany that the "press" has been explicitly instructed by the government to not report immigrant crime at all. You wont see any news reports of it unless its something that cannot be covered up...like when migrants burn down their own buildings for all to see, or recently the syrian man who threw his wife out a 2nd story window for wanting to integrate into western society. Pretty hard to cover that up.

I think I'm numb. I spent a good part of last year and all summer reading about Islam and the bs it's causing. I read about this story too. Everyday I see more and more Islam 'stuff' on my FB page from groups i've subscribed to. At this point it's like a bottle of rage with no where to go but back into the guttural pit of my stomach. It's like a train wreck unfolding in slow motion as you disassociate yourself from knowing there is very little you can do about it. People are asleep. They vehemently lash out at you or plug their ears when you try to warn them. Society has succumbed to social engineering and there's not a god damn thing I can do about it other than express my disdain. My final bastion of a free will against the coming upheaval. 2030 is going to be a hell of a ride. Buckle up.

I never said that the raping was fake, however it is fake that the rapist had some kind of special treatment by the court because he is an immigrant. Such outrageous ruling by the court would make headlines in the Austrian msm but there is none

First of all, this individual is clearly scum. And that is all that a rational person would even try to take away from the fact that he did what he did.

But the results of the legal proceedings that have been enacted as a result of this individuals actions, are an absolute disgrace and an affront to justice. The assumption of innocence does not apply, when the physical act has been committed. The legal team who came up with the ridiculous notion that a ten year old, whether male or female, should have to multilingually express their dislike of the circumstances if caught up by some pervert, in order for their attacker to go to jail...these people, this legal team need to be reeducated. Thankfully, I am in charge of nothing, otherwise they would be reeducated with a ball peen hammer, a scalpel, a winch and harness, and an open vat of septic liquid.

This case highlights one of the seemingly world wide problems this species has, with law as it pertains to justice. Justice is a pure concept. It is a perfect concept. It has no flaw, it is relentless, ageless, and is not rigid. It accounts for all things, measures all actions against their instigating forces, and the conclusions people reach when justice is their pure motivation, are as well balanced as the perfection that informs the concept of justice itself, as long as justice is the ONLY motivation.

In this scenario, someone seeking justice for the boy who was so brutally raped by the assailant, would have no qualms about placing the assailant in jail for as many years as remain to the species itself, because someone whose intent is motivated by the pursuit of justice knows that it does not matter what language a ten year old grew up with, that if an adult takes such gross liberty with their person, consent is not an issue that one need consider. The simple facts of the case alone are enough, the man is guilty, and down the deep, dark pit in which he will hopefully starve to death, he goes.

But the law...the law is not a pure concept. It is written badly, conceived of contrived sentences, meant to confuse the unwary, trip the uncareful, and far from being written to serve the ends of justice, is instead written to serve the ends of those who can manipulate it best, for their own ends. This fact has become ever more apparent to me in the last decade or so, as conclusions reached in courts across the world become ever less easy to resolve through the lens of justice. Courts upholding the existence of illegal spying methods, courts refusing to jail individuals guilty of massive fraud, and law enforcement officials unprepared to arrest those responsible for the collapse of currencies and companies, despite their vandalism being readily apparent.

This instance, this absolute travesty, dealt with in the subject matter of the OP, is another such utterly inexcusable divergence from the pursuit of justice. Let there be no doubt. The assailants legal team knew that their client was guilty of a barbarous, sickening, perverted crime. They knew that the only just outcome of the trial was that he have his liberty taken from him for a great many years, and they knew that if they acted to free him, they would be acting against the ends of justice, regardless of what the letter of the law, the imperfect wretch that it is, allows for.

I beg all of you, petition your government to put an amendment in your nations laws, which covers all aspects of law, and states the following in no uncertain terms.

That which is not in the interests of Justice can never be legal. Rulings which do not serve Justice are not valid. Justice is first, Justice is all. Let no person working in law ignore or forget this prime directive.

You aren't wrong.. but the strategies in play are as impressive as they problematic.

The idea, of course, is to degrade the "situation" to the point that a meaningful segment of the population will accept solutions they would never consider without such manipulation.

The same thing has been done before, back to the times of kings and queens. Technology can prevent it, but it can also be used to perpetrate it on a scale never before seen in our known history.

Some of the key facets are:

1. Create the social perception that what we say, and how we say it, is significantly more important than what we do.

2. Build a foundation that criminals are victims, with the insinuation that we are punishing the "innocent."

3. Create enough cognitive dissonance in major social groups that any disagreement is identified as an enemy element, thereby allowing breaks from reality in entire groups that are self sustaining.

4. Create token situations where those against these things are at a higher probability of talking or acting in a way that can be publicized negatively.

In other words, be on the lookout for these things in your own group. As eventually, reactions and perceptions of these events will be consistent along political lines. At least more than they already are now.

Events like this are absolute travesties of justice. But I suspect that not only are more on the way, but they will continue to be framed in such a way that one "side" will be some form of apologists and the other some form of detractor before any specific story is even released.

Quite possibly some very dark times ahead for us all, as technology and culture collide on countless levels.

The guy is still in the clink, and will go back to court on a rape charge. Someone fecked up with procedure. 'Nuff said.

I agree with what's said but additionally I am surprised to have not seen more people outraged over his original sentence being only 6 years for raping a 10 year old.

How can you think it's okay to do that? in a shower?
