You have confused the informative nature of this piece with the concept of legal precedent. More to the point, you're skimming things with an eye clouded by your own preconceived judgment about what it might or might not say. Remove that aberration, and you'll find that Article II, Section 2 remains as clear as ever about the president's inability to pardon himself (or herself).

Legal scholars infinitely more versed than you have trod this ground. You'll unearth nothing of any import.

I'm fairly certain what he means -- and this is pretty obvious -- is that he will activate a deadman's switch ON monday [today] because of Part III. So if he dies, something ELSE will be released.

That's what a dead man's is, and he put it into effect at the same time he launched part III. Or we can just ya know -- pretend like a person swirling around all of the high level people doesn't understand what a dead man's is.

Watching part III yeah -- it's kind of stupid, Donald Ducks and all, but the real bomb was that the DNC already knows the result of the election before it happened.

This is what a witch hunt looks like. They've already decided her guilt. They chant 'lock her up'. Meanwhile the supposed evidence has yet to be revealed... but they twist everything to point to her guilt.

Oh, I read the whole thing, you are confused about what it actually is. You think that link was something other than a hypothetical argument against the president being allowed to preemptively pardon themselves...

You do realize your link says specifically the constitution as worded does not prevent the president from pardoning themselves right? It then goes on to make the argument on why it should be assumed that the intent was for the president not to be able to pardon themselves while at the same time conceding the president currently has that authority. It has never happened so the Supreme Court has never had to rule on it.

Your article is the case against a president being allowed to self pardon. Law nor the constitution currently prevents that from happening.

Lots of coverage as it should be.

Video I - Personal admissions of intent to incite. Amazingly damning evidence.

Video II - Veritas 'reporter' posing as a donor pitching fraud and getting strung along ("maybe next election"), or simply getting the idea shot down.

Video III - Third-person allegations that Clinton is directly involved in communications with PACs

Is is just me, or are these videos getting weaker with each new release.

Personally, everything since the first video has been a letdown.
