Toddler breathalysed by Cheshire Police

The toddler in question was spotted by police driving 'erratically' toward them in her pink car so a brief chase ensued , the offender eventually stopped and was breathalysed at the scene on suspicion she may have been drinking , the child's parents later admitted that she had had a couple of bottles before getting in her car.


As yet there's no word on the result of the breath test but the likelihood , given the parents admission , is that Cheshire Police averted a possible tragedy.

Kids , think before you drink before you drive.

He looks shifty and belligerent. And he possibly soiled himself during or before the arrest.

I reckon he refused a breath test, but one of the cops dirtied his hand from the nappy. They were then within their rights to analyze what was on the officers hand - (assault on a Public Officer by a brown/yellow weapon). That's how they they banned the poor toddler from driving for life.
