Strange Object In Thunderstorm. UFO? HARRP?

Just found this rather odd and rather to my eyes, legitimate looking video. Maybe others can shed some light on it but to me, that is one odd looking shape floating in the sky during such a severe storm.



Video has the title mentioning harnessing energy from the storm, maybe so.

Just thought I would post here.

Interesting, I have no rational explanation at this time.

That is about the only normal explanation, except there are no light trails like you would see from a spot light or other light beam displays.

That's definitely strange, and the lighter spots around that disk shape seem to be equal distance from each other. Could be a genuine unknown. Hard to prove though. Still a good catch.

it looks like a ring-shaped spotlight - I don't see any quick maneuvers or anything that would lead me to believe it is even a vehicle in motion at all

I agree there is no motion, but there is also no tale tellsigns of a spot light either....

HARRP? Isn't that owned by some college now or something...

Motion Tracking in After Effects would be one good explanation for how that could be added to the video and appear to move with the scene, instead of the camera's motion. That's been doable for some time now.

I am sorry. I know around here it is pics or it didn't happen. I am going to keep looking because I know that I didn't deliberately delete the pics from my old computer, so I just have to find a way to get it to charge up long enough to do a quick picture grab.

About a year ago, I was driving home from a case around dusk. Sitting in the sky right out of my driver's side window was a object exactly like the one in the video. It didn't move and it was there the whole time I was driving in north west direction. I lost sight of it when I made a left hand turn that took me due west, because the trees blocked my view.

It looked like a big hole in the sky.

I'll keep trying to get the pics.

Hiding in plain sight. When sky lights up you can barely see it, but when dark it shows up like a neon sign.

If they want you to see them, they will allow it.

That's what it looks like to me. It "disappears" when lightning flashes. In the Thunderstorm UFO videos I've seen posted to ATS, lightning flashes illuminates the craft.

Ssme look and all. I don't know if that was ever determined what it was or not. Definitely strange.

Doesn't seem to be a part of the clouds...It's pretty windy there and you can bet the clouds are moving right along...That object is stationary...Like it's above or in the clouds and a ring of light penetrates the cloud layer...

If that was me, I'd have stayed right there till the thing disappeared or daylight showed up...

Upon viewing my first thought was that whatever it is is spinning. Kind of like a cars tire when it looks like its still at certain speeds.

I don't know.
It could be CGI, I suppose.

Could be searchlights.
