UFO Lights over Charlotte NC 15 October 2016

"seemed random and each were autonomous until it forms a triangle around the 5 to 6 min mark. they were also alot lower before i started filming. estimated 3/4 to a mile off the roof of the hotel

Why would they announce that they were sending up "luminaries" beyond their congregation? I no longer attend church but when I did, church activities were announced during services and in the weekly bulletin.

Not the newspaper.

I would imagine to attract more folks to join in their celebration or whatever.

Okay well I dunno what to tell you. Elevation Church does have the occasional commercial, though it's exceedingly rare, and they generally just talk about how great their church is. I don't recall ever seeing my church "advertise" any of it's activities outside of the church community.

I have looked for videos of LED Balloons flickering light and I cannot locate anything that looks like the video in question.

Really question whether the balloons would light on and off... I mean maybe they are high tech balloons? lol

Looks like mid teen knot speed, that would move balloons more than what we're seeing I would think. I also notice the clouds seem to be moving along but they would be at varying altitudes so that doesn't tell us much either...

I cannot identify that flying object, even when I have clicked on all the links of suggestions.

It appears to be synchronised from what I have seen, but who knows?

Ok... I just didn't know what to search for. In the video you posted... the lights are blinking very fast. Is there a way you can time them to blink slower?

Charlotte, NC, apparently has a very active drone community. Which attracts aliens!

Seems like the airport would have picked up something on radar Charlotte has the third busiest airport in the nation if I remember correctly

The flickering could easily be atmosphere and or clouds interfering with the phone's camera. There's lots we need to discover not the least of which is what type of phone it was that shot the video.

I guess my question would be "why couldn't it be drones?"
