Was Hurricane Matthew man made???

How do we know if some of the hurricanes that happen aren't man made? Okay as a caveote, all that I'm talking about is just a hypothetical.

To think there isn't this tech to make and direct hurricans I think is ass-inane. Like potentially used globally on a regular basis for population control, and or to threaten state ghovernts into submission. Like if a ghovrner like Jesse the body - was to try and go rouge they could use it as a threat means to rain them in?

Even if not for population control then like I said to control and or kill specific people. There's obviously something there because for example there was that freak hurrican during 9/11 just off the coast. (Hurricane Erin)

So like for example what if that Hurricane Erin wasn't actually just by design. Like they launch it and control it and move it toward 9/11 as a back up plan. So if 9/11 was a flop and things didn't go the way they had planned, they could then send in the hurrican to cause complete devastation which would cause a full cover-up of any mishaps. But in the end everything went mostly as planned and they didn't need to use their fall back. The other theory is that hurrican was some kind of generator or cover for the energy weapons they used. I know that sounds crazy but that's the theory and it makes a lot of sense. Like the energy weapons needed a massive charge, so that energy was generated by the hurricane, which dustified the towers, which then blew away in the breeze.

And to explore another scenario, lets say for example Hurrican Katrina, sent in to cause massive damage. It specifically targeted an area in which is mostly african american. They then were able to steal tons of vauables from abandon houses. And test out emergency responce procedures, testing their ability to mop up after a disaster. And giving the army engineer corp a new multi million dollar project to work on which was the rebuilding of the dike.

The point though is that how do we know that hurricanes aren't used as covert weapons??? Like it would make perfect sense that they are. No one would ever think twice that the hurrican had "something to do with it".

You realize Louisiana has been hit by something like 50 hurricanes... its not exactly a new thing.

Also sudden strengthening shortly before landfall is also not a rare thing, with the proper temps and atmospheric conditions it happens.

As to your conspiracy idea, I do not think we can make hurricanes... possibly influence its creation to a small percentage, but there are so many things that have to happen... naw we cant just create it.

say you could create it, its now at the mercy of mother nature for where it goes and who it hits... professionals barely have an idea above an educated guess as to where they are going to go.

It would be a horrible weapon.

Instead of claiming that it was made by some inexplicable technology there is no evidence for why not just claim it was magic that did it?

Same amount of evidence for both and equally believable IMO.

if they can make it they can direct it. Their tech is 30 to 50 yrs advanced of what we're told about. It's probably not even harp. It could be tech that's so highly advanced that someone with a little shoebox machine or a computer somewhere in a bunker uses it to cause the hurrican. Their tech is like star trek.

I know they've manipulated the weather. Along with a crumbling infrastructure, it's all coming to a head now. The Ring of Fire will blow, and then chaos will endue.

that's the level of tech we're talking about here though. It's way beyound what we're taught. We're taught "the laws of physics" to keep us in our little box. It would be like us showing a caveman an Iphone. And then using it to call someone. They'd think we're magicians and have no understanding of it. Meanwhile if we were to break it all down into a very long explanation then it would make some sense to them. The same way there tech would make sense to us if it was carefully laid out and shown how it all works.

How would they control the strength of it?

if a band of cold water happened to be sitting in the ocean between the hurricane and its target it would weaken...there are to many variables to make it a viable weapon.

that's why their tech is 30 to 50 yrs advance. you can't explain it with our limited knowledge. The only thing you can do is look at some freakish things. Like for example, the round column holes left in the 9/11 remains, and missing core. Look like the remains of where the "energy was targeted". And or the defusion of the concrete to turn the building structure which shoudl have been large bolders into dust. Like if you hit a rock with a hammer does it turn into a pile of dust? no. It might break in a few smaller rocks. But it won't turn into a pile of dust. The same physics apply to the twin towers, only that there is no material. The wind blew it out to sea. The remains were turned into dust. And then what are those huge round circles left in the remains? I think the're where the energy weapon was targeted at. Everything with those circiles was defused by the energy weapon. So we see the results of the tech. Im not saying that's what it was, but it's a plausable therory suppored by a lot phd's. (at least the dust part)



If a plane actually hit and all that jet fuel was engulfing the floor like were taught. Then could people be on that floor amidst all that fire? NO. All the people in that area would be dead. But here'a calm woman standing there as if no plans had hit at all. Maybe the wall go "breached" somehow. But it likely isn't what we're taught.

As for people being where they shouldn't... have you ever been part of Tornado cleanup? I have its amazing to walk through a home that is almost completely destroyed except for 1 small section of wall and a china cabinet with the china still in there unbroken and standing up; or people being thrown by a tornado and surviving with little to no injuries.

Sometimes stuff happens, no rhyme no reason no plan... it just does.

ya but regardless it all boils down to money and control. And in the end they got lots and lot of both in so many ways. Plus if the msm is telling you "this is how it happened" then its a guarantee that is' the 180 of that. And that's what happened. Because the media is mostly all lies on these kinds of big events. We're told some narrarative on how it happened. way too many smoking guns and all of them in the name of power and money. That's means it's a setup.

The hurricanes target the warm sub tropical and coastal regions of our country geographically .

The sub tropical and coastal areas are the preferred growing conditions for major crops like cotton and tobacco.

The south had and has a large cotton and tobacco industry.

After the civil war many freed slaves remained in the south to make a go at agricultural success. Something they knew how to do.

The populations of the southern states still have higher numbers of African American citizens.

So the weather tech people seem to have been laying these plans for a long long time.
