Look at the spike in U.S. soldier deaths that occurred starting the year President Obama took office. Was it worth it? Is America better after losing so many of our beautiful sons and daughters under Obama? If not, then what the hell are we doing there!

If God chooses to curse America with a Hillary presidency... nah, I won't go there.

Wait, how can you mention the spike without also mentioning the decline afterwards? Last year had the lowest number since 2001, which only had a few months of the "War on Terror". And this year is on pace to have the lowest number period. Plus, the spike looks to be directly attributed to the spike in IED-related deaths, which has nothing to do with Pres Obama and instead appears to suggest a change in tactics on the part of the Iraqis.

What other countries are not involved? Seven countries voted against the statute: China, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Qatar, the United States, and Yemen. One of the major complaints about the ICC is that it seems to mainly target African leaders. Some groups in Africa say it's a good thing, because it shows that many African nations are willing to take the lead in this area of accountability. But the other argument is that it creates a blatant double standard where virtually any other country's leaders can get away with the same things that African leaders are held accountable for.

I think virtually all of the deaths are needless, so I can understand what you're getting at.

BTW, even Henry Kissinger won the Nobel Peace Prize. That "award" lost all credibility long ago. In fact, I think the winner receives more than $1 million in prize money, so I liken it to a glorified bribe when it's awarded to political figures.

If Obama and Clinton are guilty of war crimes and are prosecuted, than George W. Bush shouldn't be exempt! It would be a miscarriage of justice to ignore a past president who has been caught on tape lying about the reasons for invading Iraq and than continuing the occupation of that country! This country has found itself in this middle east cesspool because of it!

Don't give me the argument that he's no longer in office. He sent over 5,000 young men and women to an early grave because of his lies. That shouldn't be ignored, and he and his administration shouldn't be given a free pass.

I find it ironic that to many Kennedy is seen as the 'last good president' although he escalated and intensified the conflict in Vietnam causing the needless deaths of thousands.

If you consider supporting militants in a bloody civil war in either Libya or Syria, yes. Even if not war crimes officially, we need to hold accountable our leaders for deeply unethical foreign policy. Bush also was never held accountable. He did engage in war crimes: torture.

in Libya or Syria. Simply because they did not like the leadership in those countries. At some point, these civil wars spun out of control costing millions of people their lives.

President Obama Vetoed the 9/11act because he did not want to be sued by the Libya and Syria people. And, of course this protected Hillary Clinton too since she was directing operations. The sad thing is approximately 12 additional government officials both Democratic and Republican were involved in approving and funding this illegal operation without congressional approval. So to my way of thinking this makes it both a Treason and a War Crime. And, as you would expect they are willing to do anything to prevent their actions from surfacing.

Again, Wikileaks has most of it documented but Fox News has some videos of the actual gun runner involved too. And, he is pretty clear about who was providing weapons and who was directing operations.

Could be said about any Presidential administration based on the validity of the accusations.

Presidential administrations were involved in some type of war or wartime practices and policies all the time......we just dont have any "email" from most of them because it did not exist.

So now that we have these emails...we should start going for war crimes? There have always been 1/2 the populace accusing some admin. of committing these crimes...
