Except the FBI is in the bag for her too so nothing will happen.
Meanwhile if a private charges his mp3 player on a SIPR computer he gets an article 15 or ends up in prison.

I read the email.
Nothing in it says it's classified.
In fact it's a pretty boring email with nothing written that you wouldn't expect from a well educated ATSer discussing the geopolitics of the Middle East & North Africa.
But if you can quote what you'd find to be deemed "classified" from the email go ahead.
I'm all ears.
They already found this stuff on her server. Higher than top secret. WTF are you talking about. Congress could not even look at it.

It's an operational discussion.
Let me know how much time you've spent having operational discussions outside of SIPR or higher networks.
I'd be in jail for that.
It didn't need to be answered. The fact that such a question was even asked over a non secured system is illegal as hell.
It would be classified, yes. If the question had been answered. It wasn't. There is no response to that question, so how can asking a question be classified?

Yes you keep saying that, and I'm asking you how a query by HRC to Podesta, neither of which have clearance, is classified "operational discussion"???

Fear not, freedom fighters.
One way or another, here's how things are going to play out:
1) Trump will lose the election
2) The case against Hillary will be in full swing before she even takes office
3) After she is sworn in, impeachment proceedings will begin
4) Trump will be making hundreds of millions of dollars a year shilling books and other forms of media to the Breitbart crowd, steadily increasing the volume of the "lock her up" chants across the country
5) Bill will bang a hooker or two.
6) Nothing will happen in Washington for 4 years

Thank you for demonstrating how much you know about security clearances.
I've been out of the Army 10 months and still have an obligation to maintain the classified information I have secret.
How is a query between two people without clearance "classified operational discussion"???

But did the emails talk about groping women? That's what is important!
