The Hutchison effect

I was searching about the Philadelphia experiment, when I found out about the Hutchison effect. For those that don't know what it is about, here is the story in short: a guy named John Hutchison found out how to make objects jelly/levitate by applying various fields of static electricity to them in combined form.

Since google has lots of links about the subject, I will not post any relevant link. But I would like to ask the ATS croud if they know anything more about this effect, if the guy is a hoaxer etc. The things this guy claims he has found are very important to be ignored by the US government and the various secret agencies. What is the situation? what is up with this dude? is he for real?

any information would be greatly appreciated.

I believe its a very clever Hoax. I dunno why I believe this as some of the things on the Videos I have seen seem very real, but I just can't come to believe what I am seeing as all the videos are zoomed in very closely and that makes me suspicious.

I for one would like to think he has created something spectacular,but others say he was a hoax.

John Hutchison is a fraud, a compulsive liar and a con-man.
Hutchison has never been able to duplicate his results in a controled environment.
