Snopes is not credible. They've been exposed for the propaganda machine that they are: link
They peddle rumors...they don't debunk them.
This ^^^
The left uses Snopes as often as they use Huffington Post and Mother Jones. All biased.

The girl was 12. It is not reasonable to use a defence like 'she asked for it'. Again, she was 12 FFS. Children at that age don't know what the hell is going on. To pursue a defence that she 'sought out older men' is utterly sick. It doesn't matter in the slightest even if she was asking the guy to do what he did. It's still rape when it's a 12 year old.
Unless he didn't do it.
Stop with the stupidity of hiding behind due process. This is nothing to do with due process. Regardless of the mental state of the CHILD, this is not a valid defence.
Due process is at the heart of our justice system. There is a reason for that and that is because it protects the system and the innocent from emotional knee-jerkers such as yourself.
Hillary is sick for doing it and demonstrated she cares nothing about children - one of her self proclaimed FAKE strengths.
Hillary did her job.

Emmy Award-winning producer Chris Nee alleged Sunday on Twitter that Apprentice producers are sitting on footage that includes film of Donald Trump using the n-word.
Nee made the comments in response to a former producer on the show, who tweeted Saturday that Trump has been caught on camera saying “far worse” than the things he said in the Access Hollywood footage.
theslot.jezebel.com...
The rub is that the Producers say that they all signed an NDA with a $5M dollar penalty if they leak anything.
The question is ...will Mark Cuban or others pony up the money?
GoFundMe Created To Pay Legal Fees For Trump Leakers
www.refinery29.com...
This is exactly the kind of crap we can expect the media to fabricate and lie about for the next 30 days. I suspect it will get worse.
?????
What has the media fabricated?
Trump on the bus? Trump on Howard Stern talking about his daughter being a "piece of ass"?
Curious what you think the media has fabricated here.
Fabricated Trump saying the "n word." You don't know if he did, the media don't know if he did. A rumor pops out 30 days before the election and the media jumps all over it, as do all Trump haters.

I have heard that this exists too, but I will wait and see if it is true. The ONLY way it becomes believable and worth anything is if the video is shown.
That said, why would this rumour be coming out now? He's been battling people for a year and 4 months... you'd think it would have already surfaced - at least the rumour of it.
It should also be said that there are allegations of Bill using the n-word and Hillary abusing the disabled and Jews.
And IF it's true, should it even matter if it wasn't directed at a black person? It's just a word.
Not true? Just rumor...but if true...doesn't matter?
Understood.
Good luck in coming weeks.
This might very well be just a rumor, but we both know it is a very plausible one.
Honestly?...Trump is slowly bleeding out either way. The GOP will be lucky to drag his carcass across the finish line without losing the house and senate to boot.
Do you honestly think that a person is a racist for saying that word? People have been chastised so long for it that you can hear kids blurt it out when they're playing online video games and their parents aren't in earshot because they think it's cool to cuss. It's just a word, and like I said, if it wasn't directed at a black person, why is it a big deal? Further, why wasn't it a big deal until now?
How about this, if it's true, I'll take it as serious as people take a black calling a white person a cracker. Fair enough?

I have to ask...but am afraid to...How would Trump use the N-Word but not be referencing a black person?

One thing we can all bet on is that he didn't say he hates n*****s or speak in a derogatory tone and call blacks that.

Boy, you must live under a damn rock. Whites call whites N-gga all the time. The N-word is just another word for "Bro" to some people. The N-Word doesn't always reference a black person. It became a trendy word for inner city kids (WHITES TOO) during the whole gangster rap hip hop era of the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Do you know the origin of the word "cracker"..It wasn't a slur, it was "whip cracker" referring to the white men in charge of the plantation.

Which I find disgusting and I am actually surprised that Hillary introduced the argument. I used to be a Hillary supporter once
Hillary did not introduce the argument. She was told that she had a history of making such accusations.
a defence centred on a 12 year old girl 'seeking out older men' is not relevant to establish whether he committed rape and has no bearing on guilt or innocence.
Hillary smeared a child as a slut so she could win a case. Plain and simple. Disgusting.

No. It was not a direct quote in her motion. She paraphrased whatever she was told. She said she was informed the claimant had made false accusations about people attacking her body. Very, very vague. Did she once lie and say her brother "hit her first" in an argument?
Hillary framed the argument to suit a motion to have the child undergo a psychological examination.
We actually have NO IDEA what Hillary was told. I imagine she used every teeny tiny bit of evidence (hearsay) that she could find to support her motion.

Do you not think it's important to ask for an evaluation of a girl that may of had a history of making false allegations and may have been mentally unstable? Isn't that an important part of the case?
Hillary smeared a child as a slut so she could win a case. Plain and simple. Disgusting.
Can you prove the case was centered around this aspect and not other evidences in the case? Also, can you honestly say that if someone were to accuse you of such an act and they also may of had a history of making false allegations/mental instability, that you would not want that avenue to be looked-at in your defense?
Your assertions are ridiculous and emotional.

As would be her job. It would be correct of her to explore every avenue in their defense.
Hillary flexed her legal muscles on a kid that was a victim of rape, needlessly. That's all I take from this story. It's not pretty, but, no, it doesn't change my mind that defendants have the right to a competent defense.
