Odd syntax in deed.

In deed it is!

Given the previous verbiage about elevating the pied piper candidates, it makes me wonder if that odd syntax was a flubbing of something to do with engaging the press.

That would be interesting. Too bad that line is indecipherable.

Strange how the three candidates they named were the ones that made the final debates......

Only Trump & Cruz made it to the final debates.

Ben Carson suspended his campaign after the Iowa Caucuses.

I'm shocked because a few years back I used a different avatar for April fools day. Never bothered to change my mood after that.

I'm puzzled by the last line of that email. What does "tell the press to them seriously" mean?

I think they've just left the word "take" out by accident.
"tell the press to take them seriously", referring to the Pied Pipers I assume.

Edit: I see the fella above pointed this out already.

Ah, many thanks to you and the "fella above."

That does make sense.

So I assume during interviews with the press, Democrats would say things like, "I think we have to take Cruz and Trump very seriously."

Or do they mean something more nefarious? Like, for example, engaging their super-secret undercover press operatives and letting them in on operation Pied Piper.

Doesn't matter, the republican base chose trump because he represents their real values.

Ridiculous. There aren't generally only two types of people in this country: one type that's exactly like Trump and one that's exactly like Hillary.

There are many different kinds of people and I am certain most Trump supporters would rather he not say or even think a lot of the crap that comes out of his mouth...they just believe he's the lesser of the two evils.

Likewise, I was just talking with a friend who is voting Hillary and she told me she does not support Hillary's vote for- and to fund the war. She's voting for Hillary because she thinks she's a better choice than Trump. That's about all of her reasoning.

Your attitude is so divisive.

BTW, I'd NEVER vote for Hillary or Trump. On another thread you WRONGLY assumed I was a Trump supporter, so do not make that mistake again, please and TIA.

But it was published by WikiLeaks! How dare you question WikiLeaks! Now go play right into HRC's hands. She's been planning this for 69.6 years including that last trimester in the womb.

It's not Trump supporters who have been saying he was a controlled opposition plant since day one.

It's people, like me, that reject both parties, for the most part.

Day. One. This theory didn't just crop up yesterday. There's plenty of evidence to support that theory. Everything Trump has done in this campaign, has benefitted Hillary.

It means that Ivan the propaganda guy was tired and forgot to finish the document. Then Vladimir the WikiLeaks connection noticed the unfinished part of the PDF but his English is a little meh and so he did the best he could using Google Translate.

I'm only half joking.

Maybe Clinton was the source of the material? Maybe it's got just enough about HRC that Breitbart and others will push out a few articles that won't go anywhere and that's okay because the real payload is a set of documents peppered throughout and designed to drive Trump supporters to either distrust anything published by WikiLeaks, to doubt Trump or both. (or to go insane)

I'm only half joking again. (do two half jokes make 1 whole joke?)

Maybe it's all real and Trump is controlled opposition. Maybe folks are reading too much into this document and the last line simply had a typo in it.

The implication of the OP is that the email indicates collusion with the Clinton campaign and Trump because there is a reference to Trump before he declared. I think that's what the point is, anyway.

The fact is, that Trump had clearly stated his interest in running before the email was issued.

I suspected this might be the case. I even made a thread about it 3 weeks ago.

I cant wait to see Trump supporters blame Hillary for this.(Theyre both terrible btw), But the irony is tremendous.

Kind of like saying, "If Hillary wins, the system would have been rigged for her, but not if Trump wins". A bunch of idiots basically were just given a carrot in their faces this whole time.

I think they wanted him to run thinking it would make their chances easier to win the election,
But they didn't realise how popular he would become and how non-pc he would be.....

I think their tactic back fired and now they are scrambling hardcore.

When you have both parties attacking the one candidate there's a reason for It and the only reason why it's because Trump doesn't want what the establishment wants, he wants he wants and it absolutely scares the crap out of tptb so they are trying everything to screw him over except every time they try to discredit him it doesn't work Because Trump hasn't done anything near as bad as what Hillary has done and even though the media are pushing so hard with this false narrative that Hillary is the savoir and Trump is Hitler the majority of Americans arent buying into it anymore because they already know how corrupted the system is.

Yes.
They knew a populist would reduce support for "real" candidates. They misjudged the appeal of a populist.

Well, Trump did target Carson & Cruz pretty heavily, so maybe he was helping HRC elevate all the pied pipers. I think it's fair to say Cruz went about as far right as possible, that tactic is also in the email leak.

I think they also misjudged their own candidate too.

Dang. The establishment gets what it wants.

Right/left what the hell is the difference. We have all been played.

We're definitely getting played. But is there anything that can unite citizens long enough for us to overturn that part of the system? As long as we keep letting them divide us, this cycle will continue. But that will require a lot of compromising and reconciliation, which I don't see happening in the near future.
