Bill Clinton WAS impeached on 2 charges, perjury and obstruction of justice for lying under oath about his affair.
He was however acquitted. An impeachment is not an automatic removal from office, it is a trial.
So basically he was put on trial and found not guilty. But it does not change the fact that he was indeed impeached.

Can somebody explain why anyone would make a secret recording of Donald Trump and then sit on it for all these years and suddenly now it emerges ?

The problem isn't in choosing someone else.

The problem is in the electoral college paying attention to the choices we make.

The electoral college gets to decide. We can only "suggest" who we may want.

They are under no obligation to listen.

The Impeachment charge was tried in court. Clinton was found not guilty.

5. Professional athletes especially single athletes use Locker room talk all the time. They get any women they want.

Having filmed a reality TV show before...you're constantly mic'd and being recorded, even in down time conversation, so it's pretty easy (depending on the time and surroundings, like privately in a bus) to forget that these moments are being recorded.

Obviously, staffers were tasked to comb through non-aired recordings to find dirt (we've even seen leaked emails directing media folks to do this), and found some. No doubt, this will happen on any other shows he was on as well. So expect to see more of this nonsense.

Just like the timing of these latest accusations.

I love Trump!!!! I yell as the trees cry with me.

Several things that need to be clarified:
As far as Bill Clinton.

1) Bill Clinton was not impeached due to sexual misconduct, but on the grounds of perjury and obstruction of justice.
2) The Impeachment ended with a censure on him, as they did not have the votes to remove the man from office.
3) As far as Monica is concerned, there is no evidence that this was done as a sexual assault, but as nothing more than an affair. In short the Republicans were upset that the man got oral sex while at the office.
4) Only a child speaks like that in a locker room. Most men, in locker rooms will often talk about a woman, and her attributes, and usually does not include descriptions of sexual assault, unless you count say Jail or Prison and even then chances are it is not done, for such can be used against a person in a court of law.
5) Bill Clinton is not running for office. Neither is Obama or Michelle but they are using their name recognition to support Hillary. And it seems as though all of the past presidents, not including Bill, are voting for Clinton. That in itself speaks volumes.

Now as far as Trump:
1) When this was said, he was not in a locker room, but at work in a moving studio.
2) No man, speaks of committing sexual assault in public, most tend to be a bit more trivial. Most tend to speak of breasts and how they feel, not aggressively kissing or even grabbing a woman by the gentiles.
3) While yes Professional athletes, especially single ones use locker room talk, however, the trend, based off of the past say 10 years, is that they don’t nor do they try such, as a few have found out that a rape charge or a sexual assault charge is grounds for losing a multi-million dollar contract.
4) And while he was not holding a public office, he is a public figure, and has been shown that he uses and abuses the laws against those who try to gather justice from him. What depths he has gone to, threatening his victims, even going as far as to sue the victims, and their families, and seek to ruin their lives.
5) It seems as though there is more coming out, like him ogling little girls and teens all because he is the owner of the pageant, or even contestants of the beauty pageants. Seeing the contestants when they are dressed is one thing, but while they are nude or changing, that is just too much of a pervert for many people’s tastes.
6) And it seems as though there is the issue of marriages, after all this man, has shown though his own history, that he cheated on wife number one with wife number 2, then wife number 2 with wife number 3 and even then was looking to cheat and divorce her as well. And there are questions as to the validity of her marriage to him, allegations of her being married when she married Trump, and other details about her life coming out, that is not exactly savory or nice.

Direct democracy would be much more representative. It's so important in a counrty the size of the US and one that has so much influence in the world.
