Fair one, I'm on my phone and it doesn't show mini profiles so I assumed wrongly.
I wasn't trying to be a prick, just assumed (again wrongly) that pretty much everyone would have heard about how bad Haiti was hit if they were commenting about the hurricane.

I kind of got more personal problems to worry about (won't go into it), so my perspective lately has been a bit inward facing. That's why I didn't know about it.

Same here to be fair...I just take some comfort that my life ain't as crap as many thousands of folk who got hit by that hurricane...or live in many other parts of the world that are crap.
We are lucky here in the UK, even when it's going crap at times.
