I honestly don't see how that is even physically possible.
Just running half of a marathon can burn upwards to 2500 calories. You do that every day for more than a year? He would have to consume a crap load of
calories. I see he mentioned eating 6.5 thousand calories a day... That could kill you.
Also, breaking your muscles down (exercising) and never allowing them to build up (rest and recover), he would lose his muscle and eventually not even
be able to move.
This is hard to believe. But I am not calling it fake.
