Ben Smith wanted to raise money for a anti-bullying charity. So what did he do?

He ran a marathon every day for 401 days. That's a distance of 10,500 miles. He completed the last one today.

I am in admiration for chaps like this. Well done that man.

Both my mother & father were avid runners and completed quite a few marathons when i was just knee-high to a gray-alien. I can remember how exhausted and beat up they were at the finish line even after training for months. This guy is tenacious, has an iron will, and should be proud of completing his goal. Good job, Ben!

An amazing specimen. The cool-down routine is more rigorous training than top athletes undertake.

I honestly don't see how that is even physically possible.

Just running half of a marathon can burn upwards to 2500 calories. You do that every day for more than a year? He would have to consume a crap load of calories. I see he mentioned eating 6.5 thousand calories a day... That could kill you.

Also, breaking your muscles down (exercising) and never allowing them to build up (rest and recover), he would lose his muscle and eventually not even be able to move.

This is hard to believe. But I am not calling it fake.
