While it may have been a real group, it might be they are simply trying to keep terrorist activity hush-hush whenever possible, to quell what must be a serious case of nerves by much of the population at this point. This is key to understanding who the enemy is, because I can guarantee, these globalists want nothing to do with us...we're peons to them. And until more Americans and citizens of the world realize that there IS a conspiracy going on behind all our backs, these criminals and elitists will just keep on doing what they're doing...

Well then, tell us everything you know about the exercise, since you live right next door. What exactly makes you believe it was just an exercise ? Is it often that they use ISIS items like flags for their exercises ? Does it mean that they print their own ISIS flags, or do they buy them; do they import them from the ME, do they have a stock of ISIS items ? As someone who lives right next door, have you been informed that this particular exercise was going to take place ? How do you explain that no official was informed and that it took 2 to 3 hours for a general to claim that it was just an exercise, while in the meantime 5 or 6 different services came swiftly to the place to investigate ? So many questions...

This was the "backdrop" for an informant who is working a mark.

All of this was scenery, so that a government agent could pose as the leader of an "independent cell" and convince a would-be terrorist to join "our side." Then, the agent could be an informer in any subsequent operations.

This is standard tactics for government intel. It isn't even illegal.

They did this with a young would-be terrorist in the US; convinced him that he had joined a terror group (probably ISIS) and that they had the explosives. All he needed to do was park his explosives-laden pickup in a parking garage under a skyscraper in Dallas, Texas and it would kill as many as 9-11 had.

They delivered him the "device," rigged with a cell phone, and gave him the number. Told him to dial the number when he was clear of the blast-radius. In US law, it was attempted murder once he actually dialed the number. Just to prove that it was not an accident, the number they had given him... was the desk phone of the head of the Dallas FBI office.

Meanwhile in the US, it came out that one of the people at the standoff on the public land in Oregon... was an "informant" for the FBI. No comment about whether he was the one shooting at law enforcement. But he helped arrest the people when they surrendered....

When business is slow, sometimes they have to drum up some high-profile cases.

Makes the taxpayer feel grateful that way.

IS benefits from their attacks: attackes from IS on French soil (for example) drive the people more wary of muslims.
Muslims are being suspected. Then the muslims (French) react strongly, to hold their ground and hold their position that they are not terrosrists.
