BREAKING: 9 Shot On Illinois University Campus...Shooter Still On The Loose

I couldn't sleep, so as usual, I scanned through the news websites I have bookmarked on my PC. When I clicked on the RT news website, I clicked the America news link and this is what they were reporting as of 3:20 AM Sunday morning, EST. None of the other major American media outlets had any information on this breaking story.

Gunfire has been reported at the Champaign campus of the University of Illinois, according to local media. Shots were fired in an alleyway and the shooter has left the area, police say.

There was another deadly rampage that occurred on an Illinois campus in 2008:

A gunman dressed in black stepped from behind a curtain at the front of a large lecture hall at Northern Illinois University on Thursday and shot 21 people, five of them fatally, then shot and killed himself, said university president John Peters.

Does anyone else find it odd that we now have 3 seemingly random mass shootings across the US in the past few days leading up to the first Presidential debate tomorrow?

My heart definitely goes out to the victims and I hate to go political, but I smell something fishy here. Especially when you have a candidate harping on gun control. No better way to gain vote then through fear.

No. Mass shootings are now a daily occurrence in the USA. It would be extremely unusual if we didn't have three random mass shootings across the US in the past few days.

No better way to gain vote then through fear.

Seems like nobody is Flaming you, it's a good point you make.

With 287 mass shootings in the US this year, it's not like they need more fuel for what ever they are planning, being it laws, regulation or gun grab.

Votes through fear happens in both parties, all governments. I'm fully aware of that.

Why would I need to show you evidence for an opinion? Granted, on second read of my post, the false flag comment is a bit vague on being just an opinion so I shall amend that.

Please define mass shooting. I'll bet most of those are gang related meaning the guns involved are illegal.

Even if we made it illegal for private citizens to own guns, those "mass shootings" would still happen. The same cartels and gangs that import drugs would just add firearms to their inventory.
