If you look at the other examples in her twitter feed they are imaginary results that would make her happy. I think the judge admonished her like other posters have said.

Apparently there wasn't a gag order. Not sure how she considered it a win. She was forced to lawyer up to address charges against her and appear based upon her actions. I have not had one woman I showed her video to say she was anything but crazy. Even women didn't support her tirade. In the court of world opinion she's a loser.

That's probably very close to the truth. Most judges will try to smooth civil complaints in the easiest way possible.

Not sure how she 'won'... maybe the judge denied damages or something like that. I doubt he really wanted damages anyway, if that's the case. He probably just wanted her to leave him alone.

Says it all. The judge curtailed her free speech about the guy. Does that sound like she won? Just by the fact she learned nothing of this experience and her sole comment was Won.In.Court. means she is a simple minded ego-centric spoiled brat who has a lot of growing up to do. She needs to learn that every one is entitled to their opinions without harassment or bullying. But, if you bully others you may not like what you get in return. Now, she's back to her tirade on Trump and the misogny man hate. If she spent more time on her career with that aggression, she'd be employed and far happier. The sun will rise each day no matter what candidate wins. Move on. But she has some chip on her shoulder about men it seems. Maybe she'd be happier in the company and companionship of women. Men don't seem to be her thing.

Good luck getting hired in her area. Her rant was pushed so hard by her it ended up going viral. That was the biggest "don't hire me campaign". I know Human Resources people and they look at social media and do background checks before hiring. That INCLUDES googling the person's name. The voluminous stuff that come up for her will break the hiring process and she will not be considered. Heck, Tara has put every controversial thought and personal stuff related to her divorce and her man crushes out there as a caution to anyone considering hiring her. You can bet all the people in her area know about her and her personal incident and how zany she came off. The fact that her son's school went into lockdown due to her controversy means everyone is acutely aware of her actions by now. I think taking responsibility for her actions and moving on from her online anger rants would be the best to do, but she still is into being angry in her online tweets. She either needs therapy or medicine to help her cope.

She chose to come at the guy like a Locomotive and now that Locomotive is coming right back at her. That Locomotive is called Karma.

Turning in for the night ... back tomorrow for a little bit more drama.

I think it's clear, this is less of an election issue and more of a mental health issue. People triggered by the election turmoil likely have existing issues that feed into the fear/anxiety over the elections. I have worked in advertising on election campaigns in the past and know that part of the messaging is to fear the opponent. Some people, with existing emotional issues, are triggered by those fear messages or imagery like both of the presidential campaigns are using.

Bottom line is I hope people close to Tara get her the help she so desperately needs. Her reaction is a sign there is an existing issue.

I certainly agree with this, she does have 2 young children and my main concern is for them, they didn't ask for any of this, yet they will undoubtedly suffer some of the backlash. Tara really needs to think about this and put her sons first and I hope she remembers this before it is too late

She even documented in her blog that one of her sons implored her to take a break on political tweeting because he was suffering the teasing he was getting from friends and schoolmates. Her reply was sorry son Mommy has to stop Armageddon (referring to Trump).

Oh, also apparently her sons school was on alert over a bomb comment joke made on one of the dark web message boards. Sadly, everyone at the school is aware of this whole ordeal Tara has created with her video and the controversy it has attracted.

Will be interesting to get the real story on what happened in court.

It would be great to lay hands on a transcript... but I simply don't care enough to go through the bother of looking for one. She's absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things, just another nutjob who will blip up on the radar a time or two before sinking back to #CrazyCatLady obscurity where she belongs.
