What is this plane?

Not an F-117... Not a UAV/UCAV, shaped for life support and pilot complement compartments... Probably a mockup or a fake.

How are you guys still debating this? Murcielago showed what it was. it isn't just a picture of the same plane, its actually the same picture but before it was tampered with to make it look all secretive. Well done murcielago, that is totally conclusive

For anyone who doesn't see why look at the whole shape of the aircraft, then compare the perspectives, look where the nosewheel is in relation to the shadow on the ground, look where the line on the ground meets the front edge of the fin, in fact pick any pointy on the fuzzy pic and it will line up with the clear version. There can be no doubt.

It's the Dassault - as a matter of fact the black & white chinese pic obviously came from the pic Murcielago provided. just compare the angle, painted stripes on the runway, etc. from one pic to the other.
