The video you posted there just shows how the majority of black people tend to think. That because they are black they somehow are removed from being referred to as racists. No, the system is not hidden.

What they've been taught is that because the system of the US was largely founded and created by whites, and in many cases they did own slaves, then all of these systems will be inherently somehow racist against them.

So they think that in order to ever defeat racism, the entire US system must be abolished and torn down in every aspect.

Of course, they never are up front about it or mention what system will replace it. We know that the ones who are behind this agitation want to replace it with a socialist/communist structure. They pitch that as being fair, but what blacks, like so many other useful idiots of every stripe, fail to understand is that the same people telling them it will be "fail" and finally "equal" are the same elites who are running the system of today and will run the new system and they aren't going to lose anything. All that will really happen is that everyone will be oppressed together. No one will get any better off than they are now.
