He apparently is really upset about the negative feedback he got with his Today performance. I feel sorry for the dude. Like, true empathy. His mind is just gone. He really doesn't need to be putting himself out there if he is that fragile. Ya i read that. Poor guy is scared to leave the house. Im not sure if he got death threats or anything that extreme,
but he must be really embarrassed due to peoples reactions.

Personally, I think if he wants to get better, he needs to take a break from everything.
Go relax and separate himself from his "Angels", his music, the Feldmansion, and what ever else it is, for a couple weeks.

Maybe even admit himself to some celebrity mental hospital or something for a good in depth evaluation.

Perhaps spend time with some true family that actually cares about him, and listen to what they have to say.

I went back and re-read the article and I think I understand why you thought of Travolta. It's because the article says "the actor has never admitted he was gay," so we immediately think of stars who are rumored to be gay. Also, Haim was in his mid-teens when this happened, so if Haim was sexually mature at that point, it would be a case of statutory rape of a homosexual nature rather than straightforward pedophilia (which IMO is what happend to Haim initially, when he was raped by a producer at the age of 11).

So, I get why you thought of Travolta.

But I highly doubt Travolta had the sort of star power to be roaming around movie sets doing as he pleased during the mid 1980s. Didn't he vanish from Hollywood pretty much during that decade only to resurface in Pulp Fiction during the 1990s?

Charlie Sheen did a movie with Haim at around that time. It would be all too easy to believe it was Sheen, given his antics in recent years, but the problem there is that I wouldn't call him an A-Lister anymore. He was at one time, sure. Not too long ago, even. But not now. Plus, Sheen's name has already been so dragged through the mud that I wouldn't think anyone would be afraid of repercussions. Of course, on the flip side, one could argue that's exactly why he's being outed now.

When Corey H. and Corey F. did that reality show "The two Coreys" I couldn't believe they were the same two young, funny actors from "Lost Boys." I grew up in the 80's and loved both of them...but damn by the time they did the reality gig they looked rode hard and put away wet.

I think Corey H. was borderline homeless and Corey F. was in some weird marriage situation. Some episodes would briefly touch on the sexual abuse both had suffered while climbing the Hollywood Ladder, but before they could get to the root core of the abuse, one or the other would burst into tears or physical violence, or even worse, just numbness.

I know I was shocked by all of Polanskis supporters too. People that champion womens rights, that belittle people that don't agree with them.

Hollywood is so insulated that I don't think many of the people heavily involved with it even view us regular folk as the same species as them. They are better than us, just listen to them.

I figured everyone knew about this website. It flags anyone in your area who has been convicted of a sex crime.

I'm aware of that tool, but it's different than the revealing map contained in CCKP72's link. It shows that you don't necessarily need to be registered in order to be labelled as someone who has or may view child pornography on the internet. I'm assuming the actual IP addresses are hidden to you and I, but does law enforcement have the legal authority to identify Canadians in this manner?

If only a single person is registered to the home address that any internet IP address is linked to, it immediately points to that individual as suspect, when in actuality, only identifies the "location" of the device used and not the user. It could be a mobile device or even someone else present at your location or even spoofing. I'm guessing this is when the device's camera and microphone come in handy.

I found a similar map on YouTube that demonstrates their capabilities, but the pedophile map which can't be embedded and described below is contained in the link above.

I bet they could easily round up a million pedophiles tomorrow, including those in Hollywood, but the chances of a successful conviction are slim. When does snooping give way to probable cause, which then makes an unreasonable search and seizure sound reasonable? It's a slippery slope, that's for sure.

Like most things on ATS, there is no way to produce pure evidence so one must speculate. It could be anyone really, but directors aren't normally considered A-listers, so I assumed an actor....quite a bit older I would have thought. Sheen was 21 at the time, so dunno. As someone mentioned...the girl from Little House mentioned several people.

The only reason I made this post was due to the rash of celebrity do-gooders telling us how we should vote, look, eat, pollute....yet they live in a city that is covered in a turd cloud year round and seperated by, literally, a physical line in the road on Hollywood Blvd( talking about the literal line in the blacktop where Hollywood ends and Beverly Hills starts). Then they sell their souls on the casting couch to some filthy pedo/pervo for fame. The irony is so unbelievable it doesn't seem sane.

I don't find it nearly as hypocritical, in general, as you and a few others do. I look at most celebrities as just being regular people. Due to their celebrity, they have a platform and may feel like their opinions are more important than ours, but they're really not.

I doubt most of them have any firsthand knowledge of the type of filth we're talking about here. And even if they do (there seems to have been some suggestion that it's pervasive), unless the specific celebrities giving moral advice are known to be part of it, it would be premature to exhibit moral outrage at whatever they are saying merely on that basis.
