Trying to hide their evil acts from public scrutiny, a group of senators have barred the public from attending vitally important hearings on a land use bill that is intended to unconstitutionally impose federal standards on local zoning boards.

The feds want nothing more than to be able to take direct control over local land use, a thought that would make the Founding Fathers turn over in their graves.

Democrats barred the public April 25 from a committee meeting and a vote on the land-use bill that will impose federal standards on local zoning boards.

Want to open a small business or build a house? Democrats and some Republicans want Americans to have to go to Washington bureaucrats for approval.
