Can Obama's presidency be extended?

Is there a clause in the US constitution that allows for the extension of the two-term limit usually imposed on presidents?

With recent reports that both Clinton and Trump are unhealthy and perhaps "unfit" to fulfil the demanding role of POTUS, I wonder if there is some type of effort behind the scenes by TPTB to acknowledge that both candidates are sinking ships, extend Obama's reign and give them space to groom a new subject that they can sell to the world.

Even as an outsider (I'm Australian), I still get the feeling that there is something very strange and mysterious about this whole thing that does not feel quite right. I can't quite put my finger on it. I don't need to list the various issues associated with each of the presidential candidates as there are plenty of threads outlining concerning information about each.

The emperor and chief has no legal recourse to stay, unless of course, there is such a thing as an uprising among the states, or half the country were to suddenly explode, or a foreign country were to suddenly invade.

However, who knows what that man has up his sleeves..

I think 22nd Amendment is clearly saying that he cannot.

Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

Section 2. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several states within seven years from the date of its submission to the states by the Congress.

The only thing I can imagine worse than the two idiots we have running for President is more Obama. No, he can't stay beyond his term and frankly, if he tried, he would be forcibly removed.

republicans have been attacking the democratic runner for an age with lies, or as they call them loosely 'conspiracies', they destroyed john kerry with swift boat lies, tried with obama's birth and, now celebrate benghazi as the greatest moment in american history while trying to pin it on the already cleared clinton, keep saying emails even though nothing is in them, and i think the only illness they havent labelled clinton with is prostate cancer, yet.

this was a conspiracy site now, more of a far right hang out, hence the bullsh!t posted hourly by the same people.

We're about the same age, he's two years older than I am, but he looks a decade older.

No. In January of next year, a new President will be sworn in, and Obama will return to Chicago, or where ever it is he decides to go.

Someone asks this at the end of a President's term. Everyone thought GW was going to stay.

No he cannot. No there is no conspiracy or secret goings on to keep him in power.

The elections will be held and he will step down so the new president can take over.

There are no loop holes in the 22nd Amendment. He will have to leave, or suspend the US Constitution.
After FDR, Eisenhower, IIRC, asked for the 22nd. Amendment so that could not happen again.
As far as E.O. 13603, (text here) it's a funding order declaring who is in charge of whom in the event of an emergency, and there is no mention of the Office of the President that conflicts with the 22nd.

Just keeping the facts straight.

This happens at the end of any 8 year President when the people that feel that specific President was the AntiChrist.

That sentiment seems higher with Obama but paranoid people, not saying OP, are gonna be paranoid.
