Mr Pagliano refuses to attend congress after being subpoenaed

I've been watching the Committee oversight hearings regarding Clinton's state-department emails and leaks this past week.

It appears the man who setup Clinton's server, the man who's emails vanished from the state-departments systems ignored the congressional subpoena to answer questions related to Clinton's server.

Its a great watch, occurred Tuesday US time.

Its painful watching the Democrats criticize the committee for investigating Clinton. How corrupt do you need to be before your kicked out?

Were any of these guys granted immunity? Because
if they were, they're not protected by the 5th anymore.
I think Judge Andrew would be a sufficient source for
this in the law.

Leavenworth may need some major expansion if all
this continues to the expected destination. And I
personally feel Con.Chaffetz is well within his duty,
power and responsibility to clink these guys until
they sing.

Where'd they go later? Just away, after not answering

Pleading the 5th does not work in civil cases since they are not lawsuits involving crimes. The SD and Hillary are going to lose all these FOIA cases. The fun is just about to start. Once that happens the Government will seek retribution from her and her staff. The press is ignoring it along with the enormous legal costs to her personally. She is paying legal services for everyone involved. Now ad a couple more IT guys to that list that will keep growing. She can't keep this up forever. They are only worth $110 million and the foundation scam has dried up.
