That's obvious.
The person that should have been on the ticket to begin with.
Bernie Sanders.

I'll have to check, but my first thought is that it would go to her VP. I know that's the case after being sworn in (the VP being the first in the line of succession).
Now that I think about it, I need to look up the replacement process before a presidential election takes place as well as the replacement process for the time period between being elected and being sworn in.

I don't think she'll drop out either. The establishment (I hate that term now) does not want a President who isn't beholden to them and Bernie can't be played. God how unbelievably sad not enough people recognized the value in that alone...
Anyway, if by some miracle she did drop out (I don't wish her or anyone else ill or harm), I feel like that the DNC would absolutely have to go with Bernie or there would be such huge backlash they might be the party to die first in this election.
At this point though I don't think there are too many undecided voters, this may not hurt Hillary enough to cost Democrats the election.

...
She's clearly got something going on with her throat which has gone
from a lot of throat clearing during her acceptance speech to increa-
singly more frequent and prolonged coughing.
My guess? She's been doing a massive amount of speaking, ...
The thing is, any weakness is seized upon. Every nod, every stumble,
every time she pauses to think of a word — whatever — it's all being
scrutinized. Medically, she could have a perfectly clean bill of health
and just be mildly fatigued.

It is now becoming clear that Hillary Clinton may not be able to handle the stress of the campaign as well as she had hoped. If she does withdraw, how should the DNC proceed? Who would you like to see on the ticket?

How ironic it would be if the DNC puts Sanders up if Hillary quits.
After screwing him and what not.

Well as the Establishment seem to desperately want a Clinton in the Whitehouse, why not give Chelsea a crack at it?

Conspiracy theorists? Are you blind and unable to watch the video? In that case i suggest you get a friend to watch it for you and describe what happened.
You may be shocked at the facts....
He does have a point. All we have here is an isolated episode that may be little more than exhaustion. The right wing conspirosphere has been trumpeting pure speculation and outright lies to create the impression that she is a complete invalid.
BUT added to the other clips from the last few weeks and what do you have?
They don't have a choice. Per DNC rules it would fall to Bernie.
Unless of course they throw the rules out and do what they will
See the 20th Amendment par. 4 - Congress was tasked with providing a procedure for this. I wonder if they did.

A mass of desperate speculation, hoaxes, and lies that only appear to be vindicated by a single incident. The hoax videos coming from the Trump camp have been so transparent that I was disinclined to believe that this incident actually happened. The Trump camp are the boy who cried wolf. I seriously expected to see a clip of Clinton stumbling on a loose cobblestone edited to play over and over in slow motion with special effects turning her green as ominous music played. Turned out she was under the weather yesterday after all.
Given her age, there is some serious question as to whether she will be able to stand the strain of the office. That is for her to decide, not the court of public opinion.
