Only 30 seconds until the first falsehood in this video. That's pretty good for a 9/11 truth video, but then again, there was no speaking or text for
the first 20 seconds. But there are many others soon to follow.
Falsehood #1: four hijacked airliners flew over
"the most sensitive airspace in the United States."
The airspace the hijacked airliners flew through was controlled airspace and not as sensitive as airspace such as Temporary Flight Restrictions that
may include airshows, sporting events, and VIP appearances etc. Other airspace that would be considered more "sensitive" is prohibited areas and
restricted areas. More importantly is the Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) which is the area off the coast of the United States that NORAD was
actually tasked to monitor and defend against threats coming through it into the United States. This statement is made only to fool the ignorant and
gullible.
Falsehood #2: the four hijacked airliners flew for
"109 minutes."
The longest any of the flights lasted after being hijacked was 46 minutes.
I'm going to skip some of the more obvious falsehoods like the video's creator saying that NORAD failed their mission of defending American airspace
from hijacked airliners when that was never part of their mission and NORAD's complete lack of response that morning.
Falsehood #3:
"Although Eberhart’s version of events was cemented into place as the official story of 9/11 propounded by the 9/11 commission,
they are in fact self-serving lies." Exactly the opposite of what is claimed here happened. The Commission did not "propound" Ebethart's version
of events, it showed that they were wrong. Good grief.
Falsehood #4:
"In Eberhart’s version of events, NORAD is completely subordinate to the FAA. In reality, however, NORAD is specifically tasked
with dealing with such events itself, not waiting passively for FAA orders. NORAD’s own regulations for dealing with hijacked jets specifically
state that 'FAA Authorization for Interceptor Operations is not used for intercept and airborne surveillance of hijacked aircraft within the
[continental United States].'" The
very document he uses to show that NORAD is
not subordinate to the FAA says that they are, in fact, subordinate to the FAA when it comes to hijackings. Remember, this document is titled "NORAD
Directive 55-7" and it dictates how the commander-in-chief of NORAD (Gen. Eberhart's command on 9/11) is expected to respond to a hijacking. Here's
the relevant part:
AIRBORNE SURVEILLANCE OF HIJACKED AIRCRAFT
This regulation defines how North American Aerospace Defense (NORAD) forces
carry out airborne surveillance of hijacked aircraft and aircraft used without
authorization within the NORAD system...
b. Escort missions are requested by the FAA or TC.
…
(2) When the situation requires an expedited departure, escort
aircraft are given priority over other departing aircraft. The FAA
Authorization for Interceptor Operations (AFIO) is not used for intercept and
airborne surveillance of hijacked aircraft within the CONUS.
…
(b) When the hijacked aircraft is within FAA radar coverage,
escort aircraft is controlled by the appropriate FAA facility.
That's all for now even though there are several more issues that need to be straightened out.
How the videos creator is considered an authority in 9/11 conspiracy theories is beyond me.
