Howdy. I just got in from cuddle time a little while ago. I swear they camp out by the gate waiting for me to come out, which I do every hour, most times more often. At least they go in the tent when it rains. Smart dogs.

Oh lord, Someone is shooting at something. It's after 6 here, so it's dark. Can't imagine anyone out doing target practice at this time of night. It makes me nervous when folks do that. I picture a stray bullet coming into my home.

Anyway, weather totally sucks. Rain, rain, rain. I didn't get any of my yard work done today. And I have pine needles two inches thick in some area's. Can't leave them. They will kill your grass.

I am glad you feel better. That didn't take long to recover, must just have been a little "bump".

Darn pine needles, you could leave them, kill the grass and solve next years mowing problem. Hay and we need the rain, our ground water

Naw, I like the grass. The babies love to play in it. I can't play in it. Flea's and deer ticks. Sometimes that really bothers me, but at this point in my life I have no little ones running around. Thank you God!!!!

Boy that empty nest syndrome thing didn't last long for me. LOL!!!

Jeez girl no wonder you like winter so much if you get flees just by sitting in the grass.
I don't care about critters any more, guess I never really have. I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by nature and animals. People bother me, the natural world no.

Who knows. It's hunting season here. Most hunters are safety smart. But it seem like once in a while ya get a group of young whipper snappers who think they can get alittle crazy. Those are the ones that scareme.

Yea these deer are all over the place. I am thinking for next year I am going start planting stuff deer don't like. I love to watch them. They are so peaceful most of the time. I love to see the little ones play around. But yea. they bring there infestations.

Everyone give a warm welcome to my new fishy. I got a beautiful new beta. I think it's a half moon beta. He is sort of white with the palest pearlized blue and pink in him. Gorgeous! Now I have two. One is in a big bowl and the other in a small tank. Both are on my table. I love looking over at them. Big smile here!!!!!

You can see a fish sleep? Crazy! I've never owned any and don't know much about them. I like Sheldons glow in the dark fish however!

I am great, it's a warm breezed fall night with a gorgeous moon. Who could ask for more!?

I forgot to share my snake story with everyone. While I was at the pet store, one of the workers had a corn snake out of its tank and it wrapped itself around this keychain she had with a large oval loop. She kept trying to get it loose. I helped her and got him untangled in no time. Cute little bugger!
