I see Halloween is in the air!

I loved all the newest Story entries here over the past couple days or so. Very well done!! (As if they wouldn't be, right?!)

I am so far behind in here, I don't know where to begin...

Those reporters always speculating as to what happened when it comes to something like this. Speculating like, "oh what went wrong here" or "is there anyway that an accident like this can be prevented in the future?" Gets even worse when they interview when they interview the general public out there who have no idea on how these things work or breakdown. Most of what the general public know about trains is from what they see and hear about. When they interview the general public, the majority of them think that Positive Train Control will stop something like this. No, Positive Train Control won't stop an accident from a mechanical or track integrity failure from happening. Positive Train Control only has the ability to stop HEAD ON collisions between other trains. Yet it doesn't have the capability to stop rear end collisions from occurring. Most of the people they interview don't know their head from their ass a majority of the time.

Just my $.02 worth of opinion on the matter.
