Any political ideology that involves increasing government controls over the daily lives of individuals is inherently left of center. Nationalism is present within the entire spectrum, maybe not in the extreme right(anarchy) since their would be no nation or government to hail.

Nationalism is not necessarily a bad thing, but when it is centered around identity politics, such as race, will always result in genocide and oppression.

American patriotism is nationalism, but it is centered around American values, such as freedom and democracy. This is the culture that brings All Americans together.

I do see a serious problem with a concept like white nationalism gaining support, unfortunately the left-wing MSM fuels these ideas in their promotion of BLM and black nationalism.

If we were to go by scale: Communists, Fascists, Democrats, and Republicans are all left of center, at varying degrees. The democrats have been moving further left (or right depending on 'your' scale).

The fault in your logic arises from you believing that government regulating morality, through religious doctrine, is 'right-wing'. That is totalitarianism, and is left-wing, Republicans are guilty of regulating morality. On the flip side, Democrats regulate everything else, also totalitarian, or left-wing.

We can argue all day about the point, I can flip my scale if you would prefer, and Democrats/Republicans/Commies/Nazis can all be right-wing for your ease of mind.

That wiki entry on the alternative right is very good and shows the racist bigoted alt right brigade are not true Christians as most here know

They are the old hidden identity Internet trolls of the past but now are shameless and don't mind exposing their true identity even if they are DRs with PHD after their name when there telling a certain group of people to get back to Africa (just went on a site listed in that wiki link and there's the good DR with a private profile but can still see his racist comments in threads!)

What is this "alt-right" nonsense?

some european countries have a problem with the term nazi, one country in particular, some countries have banned much to do with the practice.
the way far-right groups found a way to keep their neo-nazi ideology, and get around these legal loopholes by coining the term alt-right.
what happened next was a glut of right to far-right parties around europe picking up the moniker and gaining support from the old neo-nazis.
in britain ukip grasped the alt-right, overnight the british national party (bnp) defected to ukip, who took their hardline ideas on foreigners, non christians and the likes.
front nationale in france had a makeover, le penns daughter took leadership using alt-right as her message.
in america the republican primaries as usual had their scared types asking god to save the country while one guy had an idea to build a wall to keep hispanics out, not canadians, and also a ban on an entire religion.
both of these being vote winners for neo-nazis or the now renamed alt-right, even the ku klux klan saw this guy as logical.

You guys make up a word that demeans people on the right and the word is passed around for all the puppets to use, 100% of the time these dumb little quips make absolutely no sense.

not broad spectrum right, just far-right.
republican/conservative values of lowering taxes for the rich, dosent mean your alt-right, giving banks a free run isnt alt-right, the flat rate taxes of reaganomics isn't, demonizing a race or trying to ban a religion however is.

Modern Socialists denying their ancestry to the National Socialist Worker's Party...and calling Nazis 'alt-right'...reminds me of Democrats calling the KKK right-wing...when the Democrat Party created the KKK.

Really all they need to do is go to the sites that claim to be alt-right and they could see for themselves. I guess that's too hard.

You are slightly wrong about who started the KKK

Confederate veterans started it who were democrats but in no way does that relate to the Democratic Party of today as politics have changed a lot since then

When did Trump say he was going to ban a religion? He did say to place bans on certain countries that were conflict areas.

Mexico has a very stringent immigration policies, although, an illegal immigrant who enters Mexico is given a 40 day pass to reach and cross through to the U.S. border.

The whole issue of immigration popped up a few years ago, due to the rise of illegal immigrants from OTM(Other than Mexico) countries, these people had to pass through Mexico first to reach their destination.

The problem, which isn't being addressed, is the cause of these illegal immigrants flood to America. U.S. foreign policy, which has co-opted coups throughout the world and supported totalitarian regimes, is the primary factor.

Hordes of Central Americans continue infiltrating the United States through the Mexican border with three ports of entry seeing a mind-boggling 500% increase in illegal immigrants during the first months of fiscal year 2016 compared to the same period in 2015, according to government records.

Judicial Watch

Also, consider this, regarding the assumption that only Hispanics migrate through Mexico to America.

Most have travelled thousands of miles on foot, by boat and bus from South America, but few here speak Spanish. In front of the locked gates near Mexico’s southern border, it’s an eclectic mix of French, English, Creole, Urdu, Lingala and Somali.

Guardian

I'm not going to argue that there might be people who identify as 'alt-right' and truly have racist motives for building a wall. The issue should be approached sensibly, and any reasonable conclusion that somehow fits an unreasonable ideologue's narrative, is not grounds for dismissing the action.

Surely the Hindu Goddess of Death would already know this.

This from Wikipedia. but I'm pretty sure you'll find similar definitions and descriptors from the source marterials

Far-right politics are right-wing politics further on the right of the left-right spectrum than the standard political right.

Far-right politics often involve a focus on tradition, real or imagined, as opposed to policies and customs that are regarded as reflective of modernism. Many far-right ideologies have a disregard or disdain for egalitarianism, if not overt support for social hierarchy, elements of social conservatism and opposition to most forms of liberalism and socialism.

The term is commonly used to describe right-wing populist ideologies known for extreme nationalism and opposition to immigration,[1] as well as Nazism,[2] neo-Nazism, fascism, neo-fascism and other ideologies or organizations that feature extreme nationalist, chauvinist, xenophobic, racist, or reactionary views,[3] which can lead to oppression and violence against groups of people based on their supposed inferiority, or perceived threat to the nation, state[4] or ultraconservative traditional social institutions.[5]
