its not a gateway drug, that is a huge lie meant to scare us. Cannabis is a safe and healthy plant to use in all its forms. If you want to know why its schedule 1, read and watch the historical documentaries about prohibition times and the fake a** people who went around buying and lying there way into having power over it. And that will tell you all you need to know about people who keep it illegal today.

You are correct he us the head of the executive branch, but he does not have all power over everyone under him. He also has to answer to the other branches for what he does.

I know this is hard for you so try and stay with me. The DEA not congress is in charge of scheduling weed, and Obama is in charge of the DEA.

When the DEA just recently decided not to reschedule it to schedule 2 that is on OBAMA.

He could of told them to at the very least reschedule it and it would have been done.

So how could congress or anyone else nullify the DEA s decision to reschedule it? Sure he couldn't legalize it but he could have easily had it reshecduled. EASILY.

Cant say bong in St. Louis. They will throw you out. I think there other words for the pipes and stuff you cant say as well. But bong is a big no no.

I've been to parties where people are smoking, and refused when it get's passed my way. Believe it or not, weed doesn't make people evil.

Since she's not 21 she should be treated like an underage drinker. Otherwise I see no problem with bongs or weed or young people partying.

What is hard for me to stay with is yalls idea that Obama can just say what he wants and the DEA must toe the line. Your ad homs and trying to imply I am not understanding what you are saying won't get you anywhere. I have asked multiple times to show me how he can do what you are asking and all you reply with is " well it is his gov so he can do as he pleases". That isnt how it works at all and whe he has done such actions, they were challanged and overturned.
Unless he explicitly orders them to do something through the proper channels then the DEA can act as it sees fit, can you show where he ordered them to keep it schedule one?

I can't see how. Back in the 70's my father was a shift supervisor in an RCMP detachment. Drugs were the least of his worries. I was a total ass. Teens are teens and will do teen stuff.

1. A Bong is a legal instrument. Granted, you can't ask for a bong in a headshop, you gotta ask for a Waterpipe.

2. She's not touching the bong. If a rapist is in the background of a photo of me, I'm not in cahoots with the rapist.

3. Who the hell cares? It's just weed. Personally I've never met a person who didn't benefit in some way from Weed.

4. She's not getting any different treatment. People posts videos of them smoking all the time. You can't get arrested because someone saw you smoking weed. (If she got caught with a pound in her car it would be a different story. Granted she STILL probably wouldn't face jail time, but I mean compare those bridges when we get to them U.S. Know?)
