This format is a joke. First, they will not be on stage together. Second, NBC is in the tank for her so no hard questions.
Trump though will be blasted and they will do everything possible to smear him. Trump should skip it. Only do debates, on stage with neutral moderators with REAL questions that people want to know. Like why is there no record of Federal training on Hilary and her staff on email use and ethics, courses required every year by Federal employees. Where is it?

It will be a one-hour forum where Clinton and Trump will answer questions about national security, military affairs and veterans issues in front of an audience mainly made up of members of the military.

The two candidates will not be on the stage at the same time, but will instead go back to back.

Lauer was once listed as "Notable Member" of the Clinton foundation under "journalists"

Trump was listed a Lifetime Special Contributor for giving over 100K to the Clinton Foundation..

As Trump's Campaign Manager Kelly-Ann Conway explained it ..."They do good work"...

Lauer was the ONLY person Trump invited to interview him right before the Republican National Convention on his plane..

All that said...This is NOT a debate at all...They won't even have a chance to respond to one another and they wont share the stage.

I am having a hard time caring much about this. Not a debate and frankly reaching on the "Forum" thing.

It is Matt Lauer doing brief cream-puff interviews to each candidate...separately...no debate..Not even within eye-sight of eachother.

They will talk Military, Security and National Defense.

Considering Lauer's last interview with Trump included zingers like "how was the flight"...I am not expecting much.

I understand people thinking Lauer will be in the bag for Hillary. He is on MSNBC, which is heavily liberal, and Crowley definitely was biased against the Republicans last time, so I know people don't want burned again.

I will save my judgement until after the forum. I have seen far left people like Anderson Cooper ask Obama what I though were fare hard hitting questions on Obamas gun town hall, and so I think it is possible for someone to put aside their bias.

Honestly, no matter who is picked, one side or both will end up shouting about bias.

Now having said all of that, I feel like the msm has been more biased against Trump than pretty much any candidate in history, and if Lauer is biased, I will be the first to call him out.

Is this some sort of joke?
