Trump Plans to Visit With Mexico President Nieto on Wednesday?

My guess - this is a courtesy visit to tell Nieto in person:
"tomorrow, the wall is going up".

Trump does not want to delay, because it is time to start building.

There is no need since Mexico already "gave Trump permission" to build it.

Looks like a phone call replaced the meeting that was scheduled for today, and then cancelled by the two leaders..
