Hundreds of people and no pictures. I would say urban legend in the making. 2 Kids trying to avoid getting into trouble for something.

i remember they had mysterious clowns popping up on secruity cameras in towns in europe a few years ago just standing there then after a few weeks the clows were spotted carrying weapons and chasing after people never heard whether they were caught or not.
