The title of the article is theirs.... for at this stage regardless of the corruption and illegal acts she has been accused of committing the justice department will not prosecute her and probably slap down any other agency who tries ... Even if she was found guilty of half the time honored laws she has evidently broken Obama would pardon her simply because she is a democrat and the chosen one of the war mongering elitist IMO.

Nothing new really just more damning information about Clinton's corruption while Secretary of State.. It really was a pay as you play set up with the Clinton foundation receiving money for state department favors.. All the MSM misdirection while maybe pointing at wrong doing has really been a diversion from the actual shenanigans that were being carried out when she had the power of the state department at her back.

The Democratic nominee obviously didn’t set up her server with the express purpose of exposing national secrets—that was incidental. She set up the server to keep secret the details of the Clintons’ private life—a life built around an elaborate and sweeping money-raising and self-promoting entity known as the Clinton Foundation.

Mrs. Clinton’s problem—as we now know from this week’s release of emails from Huma Abedin’s private Clinton-server account—was that there was no divide between public and private. Mrs. Clinton’s State Department and her family foundation were one seamless entity—employing the same people, comparing schedules, mixing foundation donors with State supplicants. This is why she maintained a secret server, and why she deleted 15,000 emails that should have been turned over to the government.

[snip]

Mostly, we learned this week that Mrs. Clinton’s foundation issue goes far beyond the “appearance” of a conflict of interest. This is straight-up pay to play. When Mr. Band sends an email demanding a Hillary meeting with the crown prince of Bahrain and notes that he’s a “good friend of ours,” what Mr. Band means is that the crown prince had contributed millions to a Clinton Global Initiative scholarship program, and therefore has bought face time. It doesn’t get more clear-cut, folks.

Actually out of the 154 people who had face time with the USA's Secretary of state more than half were you guessed it "Clinton foundation donors !"

They need this thing called "EVIDENCE" to bring a case for prosecution.... despite what you want!

Care to show us this "EVIDENCE" you apparently have?

If I am not mistaken, the 154 people noted are just the 'non-government' people.
There were others that are not included on the list because they are actual employees of foreign governments or heads of state.... and they ponied up another 174 million dollars, if my memory serves me correctly. I will go look for a link.

Absolutely.

State of secrets shenanigans at the highest level. Shes perfect for the dirty work because she can't empathize with others. When colleagues (in Public Office) might question the legality and hesitate for the consequences, Hillary steps up.

See how she was directly involved with destruction of Libya (we came, we saw... he died) and then took the official heat during all the investigations? Shes not afraid to violate constitutional or international law, let alone the pangs of conscience as the bodies pile up, doesn't mind sitting in the bright TV lights dismissing all the scrutiny by shrugging and waving her hands, again and again...

What (at this point) does it matter?

It might be starting to affect her though. One can take all that pressure only so long. Is it just me or does she seem a bit angrier during her speeches lately?

So, basically you're saying you don't mind someone this underhanded and manipulative being President? Someone who takes every advantage of their position and power to enrich themselves, at the detriment and risk of the people she's suppose to be protecting? Someone who has shown countless times, she will lie, twist and deflect to hide her schemes? There may be a thin line between legal, ethical and moral, but Clinton passes that line long ago.
She is a pathological liar, who has misled and deceived the American people for decades.

Interim DNC Crime syndicate leader Donna Brazile was toting water for Hillary on Sunday's 'This Week' on ABC... saying that there is no evidence of pay for play.
Just everything there is to see is circumstantial evidence. Not that all the evidence is circumstantial, that everything that we see here leads us to understand that this whole thing was set up to sell influence..... and get away with it.... to the point that all the minions can say, 'Nothing to see here.'

It would not surprise me one iota to learn that Hillary as Secretary of State was also Hillary from the Clinton Foundation at the same time because it served as a financial advantage for the CF to be both people at once.

Classic absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Bill Clinton flippantly dismissed the suggestion of any quid pro quo, saying there is no evidence that any of the donors received anything for their donations. When asked whether there is at least an appearance of impropriety, he said, “I’m not responsible for anybody else’s perception.” It couldn’t be more fitting that he was the first postmodern president. He lent Oval Office credence to the demonic lie that words have no meaning apart from what people choose individually to assign to them. He’s unctuously transitioned from “It depends upon what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is” to “I can’t be held accountable for your accurate perception that my wife and I are wholly corrupt and have not only used our public positions to financially profit but also compromised and damaged the nation’s interests in the process.”

Just think about the charge that Crown Prince Salman of Bahrain secured a meeting with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that led to her approval of certain extremely controversial arms sales to Bahrain after his kingdom donated up to $150,000 directly to the Clinton Foundation and some $32 million to the Clinton Global Initiative. This alone would be enough to bring down a deified Roman emperor.

The Associated Press reported that more than half the people outside the government who met with Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state donated to the Clinton Foundation either individually or through related entities. Clinton apologists are already trying to tell us there’s nothing to see here, but sentient human beings know better.

If WikiLeaks editor Julian Assange lives long enough to carry out his threat to release more dirt on Clinton maybe it will be the final nail in the coffin of corruption for the Clintons. I still have my doubts though ... Welcome to the US of A Banana republic.

The Washington Post found that two months after Secretary Clinton encouraged the Russian government to approve a $3.7 billion deal with Boeing, the aerospace company announced a $900,000 donation to the Clinton Foundation.

The Wall Street Journal found that Clinton made an “unusual intervention” to announce a legal settlement with UBS, after which the Swiss bank increased its donations to, and involvement with, the Clinton Foundation.

The New York Times reported that a Russian company assumed control of major uranium reserves in a deal that required State Department approval, as the chairman of the company involved in the transaction donated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Can you show us how this demonstrates good judgement for a president?

And do you honestly think if Joe Blow the government contractor down the street did the exact same thing, that he wouldn't be in prison right now?

So you simply support her, no questions asked because CNN and Huffington Post tell you she's great?

Most people see through the BS.

Carelessly flaunting national security protocols that get lesser beings life sentences didn't disqualify her, so somehow, I don't think this is going to make much of a dent in her chances, either. Don't get your hopes up. You don't think the FBI and everyone investigating the whole thing aren't aware of what was going on? I think one reason you are going to find this whole issue getting passed up, because of the number of very powerful movers and shakers involved in the Clinton foundation, and how much they stand to lose. So it's unlikely to see the light of day.

Send that nice summary to your GOP Senator in Washington. They're still locked up by the sheer volume of wrong-doings and don't know where to start.

Circumstantial evidence is enough for prosecution. Direct evidence is not needed.

There is enough circumstantial evidence to take this matter to court and to get a conviction.

Only if they can find a prosecutor who won't be able to reason that their life would be in danger due to bringing such a case forward.

Remember, "reasonable prosecutor?"

So the "issue" that is going to take Hillary out is the one that the FBI already investigated and found no grounds for prosecution?

Seems like Trump supporters are continuing their desperate hope of taking down Clinton with the same old tired stories.

That's why obama is in such a hurry to close Gitmo and establish relations with Cuba.

He knows they are going if Trump wins.

They should just get her, bill and chelsea, lock em up with the death sentence until they confess to something. No trial. lolol!!

I wouldn't be surprised if she is responsible for the Challenger malfunction and my missing socks.

They have their grubby mitts in everything.

These things do seem to be hurting Clinton - maybe the people will be her judge, jury and executioner?
For a race that was supposedly over, done and dusted, two weeks ago, it sure is close in those swing states now.
