Don't forget, his eyes may have been brown BUT, they were experimenting on the interned (not just jews) to try to find a way of changing eye colour amongst many other things.

Perhaps they cracked it and didn't record it, but used the results

Just Saying

Blue eyes, black heart.

Wouldn't it be amusing if some people remember him being a humanitarian who bettered the lives of 6 million Jews, instead of murdering them? Now that would be one hell of a Mandela Effect.

Really...Hitler's eye color is now a Mandela Effect?

You folks (OP and the like) are shameless. You will tag any false memory as an ME event now.

I am waiting for someone to talk about the Brady bunch with their Butler Alfred rather than the maid Alice. Now that would be an interesting debate, or Gary Coleman being 6 ft. 10 in. tall.....or the first human on the moon was a woman...no....we get Hitler's eye color.....James Bond chick with braces or not....and a host of other dumb a$$ stuff.

But don't it make my Brown eyes Blue?

This is just an inaccurate teaching, which in the grand scheme of things is fairly insignificant.

Much like all M.E examples. Apart from Mandela himself, because if you didn't live in the World where Mandela became President of South Africa and received a Nobel Prize, then unlucky for you.

Hitler appears to have had pale blue eyes in this timeline.
That's what the internet is telling me.
I've only ever seen him in black and white film.
I did think he had dark eyes.

His eyes did not change, and he had blue eyes. Gobbles described them in a journal.

Goebbels described one of his first meetings with Adolf Hitler in the diaries he kept: Shakes my hand. Like an old friend. And those big blue eyes. Like stars. He is glad to see me. I am in heaven. That man has everything to be king.
LINK with a real pic of hitler

Blue but not deep blue just plain blue, his hair was black or dark brown and the story's about jewish ancestry may or may not have truth, he was actually Austrian as well so not really German, his dark hair could have had many origin's from the native dark haired and mediteranean people's of europe and eurasia to the invading Turk's whom came and were driven back from europe several time's including holding Vienna under siege.

Nasty little man whom killed a massive number of my relative's, not someone I like so believe me his eye's were not brown or black but plain blue only made more piercing by his dark hair.

FFS enough with the F***** Mandela thing. A faulty memory is not an intergalactic conspiracy, there is no rip in time. Step away from the computer, meet some real people and find a hobby that does not involve you tube or google!

Being taught something, with out actual evidence, does not actually mean what you were taught was correct. The world is full of said issues. You need to divorce yourself from "I remember" and "I was taught" with "the evidence actually is".

The Mandela effect is full of people not remembering things correctly, and being taught something which was wrong.

Think of it like this, in what way could Adolf have changed his eye colour in a different timeline? There are at least 15 genes implicated with eye colour. Hence that is a not insignificant change. Its not quite up there with some of the ideas of where various south pacific nations are on a map (another Mandela effect favourite), which would mean the entire earth had its tectonics reworked. But it is not as simple as "when did Nelson Mandela die" or "When did Freddie Mercury die, and of what".

Both of those last ones, again are people not being very good at remembering the news.

Great thread OP.

I was taught Hitler's eyes were brown.

It was a major point that his eyes and hair were brown, yet he wanted all to be blond haired / blue eyed.

Keep up the good work!!

I never met him. Not that I would have remembered his eyes if I had .... Shame the only difference between timelines might be someone eye colour. And not, say, that he dies in WWI .....

What does Hitler's eye color have to do history class?

Sorry, But I really believe you weren't taught anything like that in history class, it might have been mentioned but was most definitely not apart of the curriculum.

Hitlers eye color wasn't something I remember learning, no one always told me what his eye color was, I guess if I was being recruited into some nazi gangs that still operate in eastern Europe it might be something more talked about however I really find it strange that someone is always told what eye color Hitler had.

I clearly always remember being taught that Hitler's eyes were blue. An extremely pale, piercing blue, which was part of his whole personal magnetism. In fact, I even remember several historical pictures of him, and even in black and white, his eyes were so light enough to be strikingly pale, and very creepy. Like ice.

I never remember a single historical account of Hitler having brown eyes, and the only people who ever thought it were also people who had never seen close up pictures of Hitler. When you see actual straight head shots and photos of Hitler, his eyes are undeniably and unmistakably icy pale, and many major historical accounts, from news articles to the memoirs of people who actually knew him or met him, make several mentions of his strikingly pale blue eyes and hypnotic gaze.

Yep , I noticed this before. I the past "reality" he had brown eyes ,they would of rejected him from the S.S if he applied, he had Brown eyes and black hair.

Like others have said it was strange that he was obsessed with blond hair and blue eyes when he hum self had brown eyes and black hair.

That was the way it was in the 70's when i was younger and was interested in war and history in general. The color photographs they had of him in the book showed he had brown eyes. And in the 80's and 90's 2000's you see his eyes were brown in the color films. As well as all the books i have around here and ever took out from the library.

I was surprised that in this recent "reality" change he now has blue eyes, that switched for me with in the last year or so and I have been studying WWII since I was a young man and still has fascinated me though out my life ,the scale of the conflict and the cumulation of the human experience just grasping all of the occurrences and things that were involved.
