So did the guy vote more than once?

To Be Determined...

If he registered at an address he never lived at in FL...it's possible he has also registered where he actually resides.

So no proof of voter fraud...got it! Guess I better update my address as well so I'm not accused of voter fraud.

????

Registering at an address you don't live at is Voter Fraud under Florida Law..

And no this wasn't an "update address"...he never lived there...

Maybe read page one?

Is he being indicted for voter fraud? If not it doesn't matter what page 1 says even though I already read it. I'll admit I'm wrong when he's sitting in Prison, you know kinda like the same argument you guys use to protect Hillary.

This is neither voter fraud nor election fraud--it's "just" apparently breaking the law about registering to vote.

Love this one...It reminds of Trump explaining the other day that he wouldn't give illegal immigrants "Amnesty" he would just allow them to stay after paying back taxes!

He didn't move from there! He never lived there.

As you've already pointed out, he didn't have to live there. He just had to prove he intended to in order to register to vote.

Seeing as the house was rented for his ex-wife when she divorced him and moved out I don't see how he can claim he intended to live there?

If his name was on the lease and the utilities, then technically he was a resident.

But he's been living in California for the last 4-5 years, according to these newspaper reports. Does this mean that your out of state landlord has the right to vote in your state because he owns your house?

BTW, the ex-wife who was living there ALSO appears to have a problem with voting from a place where she's not living.

I have a house in Mississippi where I spend two weekends a month, a house in Virginia where I spend the other two weekends, and I spend the rest of my time going from hotel to hotel working in Indiana.

Where do I "live"?

I think the public deserves to see copies of Bannon's drivers license and tax returns so we can see what address is listed!

We can get around to his birth certificate later.

I think there's a lot that the public should know about this piece of trash.

Bannon’s baggage is bigger than Breitbart: New Trump CEO’s domestic violence charges resurface along with questions of voter fraud

A declaration filed by Piccard in the couple’s mid-1990s divorce case stated Bannon left his wife with red marks on her neck and wrist after New Year’s Day 1996 argument at their home in Santa Monica, California, which began when she woke early to feed their twin daughters and he “got upset at her for making noise”.

Bannon, the documents first obtained by Politico claim, grabbed Piccard “by the throat and arm” and then threatened “to take the girls and leave.”
...
Piccard later claimed that Bannon instructed her to leave town to avoid testifying against him, telling her that “if I went to court he and his attorney would make sure that I would be the one who was guilty.”

Bannon threatened his estranged wife, telling her that if he went to jail, she “would have no money and no way to support the children.” Piccard said that she complied in fear, fleeing with their two children until his “attorney phoned me and told me I could come back.”

Bannon is a Pathological Liar - Former Breitbart Spokesman

Birds of a feather...

Yes saw that...also this...which is very interesting...also relevant to his actual residence..

Bannon also co-owns a condominium in Los Angeles and is known to stay at the so-called “Breitbart embassy”, a luxurious $2.4m townhouse beside the supreme court in Washington DC, where his website’s staff work from basement offices.

A Bloomberg profile of Bannon published last October, with which he cooperated, stated that Bannon “occupies” the townhouse and described it as being “his”.

But according to records at the DC office of tax and revenue, the Breitbart house is actually owned by Mostafa El-Gindy, an Egyptian businessman and former member of parliament.

Gindy has received favorable coverage from Breitbart News, which styles him as a “senior statesman”, without an accompanying disclosure that he is the website’s landlord.

I'm enjoying a bit of confirmation bias I have to admit though ultimately I realize how sad the situation is. I guess integrity truly is rare and as long as they like person... anything goes.

Or maybe it's just as long as they say bad things about people and things they don't like. Like a bunch of 10 year olds on the playground.

No they didn't say that. They said it's damn near impossible to rig an election.
Voter fraud, a person by person thing happens all the time. In both parties, across all walks of life.
It would take thousands and thousands of people cooperating to sway an election through voter fraud.
If that was accomplished it would indeed be a rigged election. .
I'm just not sure how that could be accomplished.

I guess this is another example of Trump "hiring the best people" and how thoroughly he vets people.

The idea of a Trump presidency is frightening for many reasons, but one of the big ones are the people he may put in positions of power. For sure all of his kids would have positions...and then who knows from there.

Scary, his judgement is very poor.

And we know how that story ends
